Um adolescente de 13 anos ficou gravemente ferido na tarde da última quarta-feira (24) após ter sido agredido por outros internos da Fundação Casa. Segundo as informações, o menor é da cidade de Leme, onde teria abusado sexualmente da irmã de 10 anos e estava na unidade há apenas dois dias.
O São Carlos Agora conversou com o Agente de Apoio Educacional Noel Policarpo das Neves. Ele fez revelações importantes sobre a agressão e o cotidiano dos adolescentes dentro da Fundação Casa de São Carlos.

O agente contou que o menor agredido estava sozinho em um dos quartos, pois crimes sexuais não são tolerados por outros internos, entretanto, na tarde de hoje cerca de seis infratores conseguiram pegar a chave e abriram a cela. Eles espancaram o garoto com socos e chutes.

A Unidade de Resgate (UR) do Corpo de Bombeiros foi chamada e encaminhou o adolescente até a Santa Casa juntamente com dois monitores. Ele está sendo atendido neste instante.

Neves aproveitou a nossa presença para denunciar algumas situações, que segundo ele, estão acontecendo dentro da fundação. “Agora o problema todo não é só isso ai, os problemas que acontecem dentro da Fundação Casa o pessoal faz questão de mascarar, mostrar uma realidade bonita… falam ai que é tudo adolescente que cometeu ato infracional… tem menor carente no meio também, só que a maioria é bandido e o pessoal faz questão de mascarar a realidade da coisa ”.

O agente disse que brigas e agressões são fatos corriqueiros dentro da fundação. “Isso é corriqueiro, acontece todo dia e o pessoal fica escondendo, mascarando, como estão mascarando a situação dos policiais que estão sendo mortos aqui fora”. “É a ponta do iceberg. Na verdade isso [Fundação Casa] é um barril de pólvora que eles fazem questão de esconder, de jogar a sujeita embaixo do tapete.”.

A direção da Fundação Casa vai abrir uma sindicância para apurar o fatos.
