Acidente aconteceu na tarde desta terça-feira (19) no Jardim Heliana, região denominada Malvinas
Lucas Castro
Um adolescente de 15 anos morreu no final da tarde desta terça-feira (19) após colidir de bicicleta em um micro-ônibus no Jardim Heliana, em Ribeirão Bonito.
Conforme informações da Polícia Militar, o acidente ocorreu por volta das 17h no cruzamento das ruas João Gilberto Camargo Pinto Ferraz (antiga A) e Rosária Biruel, (antiga O).
Testemunhas contaram que o adolescente estava em uma bicicleta pela rua Rosária Biruel e teria tentado cruzar na frente do veículo, que seguia pela João Gilberto Camargo Pinto Ferraz, sendo atingido.
Nilson da Cruz Filho não resistiu aos ferimentos e, segundo o Departamento de Saúde, morreu ainda no local.
A perícia foi acionada pela Polícia Militar, que preservou o local, e o corpo levado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML) de São Carlos.
O motorista do micro-ônibus, que não teve o nome revelado, foi levado pelos policiais militares até a Delegacia de Ribeirão Bonito e autuado por homicídio culposo na direção de veículo automotor, quando não há intenção de matar, prestou depoimento e em seguida foi liberado.
