Governador esteve na Cidade Presépio nesta terça-feira (11) onde também apresentou a carreta da mamografia do programa “Mulheres de Peito”

O governador do Estado de São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin (PSDB), esteve na manhã desta terça-feira (11) na cidade de Ribeirão Bonito onde apresentou a carreta da mamografia do Programa “Mulheres de Peito”, da Secretaria de Estadual da Saúde, também destinou recursos para o município e junto com o prefeito Francisco José Campaner (PSDB) assinou convênios.
Alckmin conferiu o primeiro dia de atendimento do Programa “Mulheres de Peito” na cidade, que ficará até o dia 22 de julho, equipamento que circula pelos municípios para promover exames gratuitos de prevenção do câncer de mama. “Aqui está a carreta do ‘Mulheres de Peito’, ela ficará aqui para atender as mulheres. A partir dos 50 anos de idade, não precisa nem ter exame médico, faz a mamografia. E se tiver alguma questão já faz o ultrassom na própria carreta, se necessário faz a biópsia e encaminha para o tratamento”, explicou o governador.
Ainda na cidade, o governador assinou convênio com a Prefeitura Municipal, no valor de R$ 100 mil, para recapeamento asfáltico de vias públicas, a liberação de recursos para a aquisição de uma ambulância e autorizou processo de regularização fundiária, pelo Programa Cidade Legal, da Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano (CDHU), para o distrito de Guarapiranga. “O programa Cidade Legal, que nós vamos fazer aqui no distrito de Guarapiranga, vai beneficiar 400 famílias. Sem gastar nada, a pessoa não precisa contratar advogado, não precisa contratar topógrafo, o governo faz esse trabalho, por meio da CDHU, junto com a prefeitura, e entrega o documento para as famílias. Chama-se Cidade Legal, aí a pessoa pode passar para os filhos, pode fazer um financiamento, não tem risco de perder o imóvel. É uma segurança jurídica para a família”, disse Alckmin.
O evento contou com a presença de diversas autoridades da região.
“Mulheres de Peito”
O programa “Mulheres de Peito” mantém cinco carretas-móveis que percorrem os municípios para incentivar as mulheres a realizarem regularmente os exames preventivos nas unidades do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
Todas as mulheres são atendidas pelo programa, mas a dispensa de solicitação do médico para a realização dos exames, só é válida para as mulheres com idade entre 50 e 65 anos.
Nas unidades móveis, as mulheres são atendidas por equipes multidisciplinares compostas por técnicos em radiologia, profissionais de enfermagem, funcionários administrativos e médicos ultrassonografistas.
A infraestrutura das unidades móveis é completa para a realização dos exames e atendimento, com mamógrafo, aparelho ultrassom, conversor de imagens analógicas em digitais, impressoras, antenas de satélite, computadores, mobiliários e sanitários.
Os resultados são apresentados em 48 horas após a realização porque as imagens captadas no exame são transmitidas imediatamente para o Serviço Estadual de Diagnóstico (Sedi), da Secretaria da Saúde, que emite laudos à distância, localizado em São Paulo.
Cidade Legal
O Programa “Cidade Legal” foi criado em agosto de 2007 com o objetivo de implementar, agilizar e desburocratizar as ações e os processos de regularizações fundiárias de núcleos habitacionais.
Por meio do programa, a Secretaria de Estado da Habitação, em um Convênio de Cooperação Técnica, oferece orientação e apoio técnico às prefeituras para a regularização de parcelamentos do solo e de núcleos habitacionais, públicos ou privados, para fins residenciais, localizados em área urbana ou de expansão urbana.
