Após 15h de sessão, prefeito de Boa Esperança do Sul tem cargo cassado
Decisão foi por unanimidade de oito vereadores na noite de sábado (13). Vice José Manoel de Souza (PP) assumiu lugar de Edinho Raminelli

Após quase 15 horas de duração, a Câmara Municipal de Boa Esperança do Sul decidiu, por unanimidade, cassar o cargo do prefeito Edinho Raminelli. A sessão no sábado (13), que teve início por volta das 9h só terminou 23h40min. Com a decisão, o vice-prefeito José Manoel de Souza (PP) assumiu como prefeito.
Durante a madrugada deste domingo (14), Manoel registrou um boletim de ocorrência já que a chave oficial do prédio da prefeitura não foi encontrada. O prefeito cassado infomou que vai recorrer da decisão.
Ao todo foram 8 votos a favor e nenhum contra a cassação. A investigação da comissão apontou irregularidades envolvendo empresas que deveriam ter feito serviços na cidade, mas cujos contratos não saíram do papel.
Uma das empresas recebeu R$ 74,2 mil para elaborar o plano municipal de educação, mas não houve comprovação de que o serviço não foi realizado. A mesma empresa também recebeu R$ 78,5 mil e não prestou os serviços de consultoria e assessoria em tecnologia da informação.
O vereador Márcio Benedito dos Santos, que não compareceu, foi procurado, mas não foi encontrado. Ele já foi notificado pela Câmara e deve justificar a sua falta nessa semana.
Segundo o presidente da Câmara, Antônio Donizete Laverde, após o fim da sessão, foi feito um contato telefônico para o ex-prefeito, que não compareceu para a leitura do relatório, para que fosse entregue a chave da prefeitura para o novo prefeito, mas ele informou que não estava com ela.
Com isso, foi feito contato com o secretário de Governo, Antônio Carlos Dourado, que também informou que não tinha a chave da Prefeitura. Por volta de 1h40min, Manoel registrou um boletim de ocorrência pela falta da chave.
Sessão – A Comissão Processante da Câmara passou o sábado (13) lendo o relatório que investigou as denúncias. Antes de começar a leitura do relatório, o presidente da Câmara, Antônio Donizete Laverde, suspendeu a sessão por 15 minutos para aguardar a chegada do prefeito, mas ele e o advogado de defesa não compareceram. Então um outro advogado, Augusto Marques da Silva Neto, foi nomeado para representar o acusado durante a sessão.
Depois de outros 15 minutos de pausa, finalmente a leitura começou. Os vereadores demoraram mais de nove horas, sem parar para o almoço. Para isso, eles tiveram que se revezar e não leram o documento todo, que tem mais de 5 mil páginas.
A sessão deveria ter acontecido na quarta-feira (10), mas o prefeito conseguiu uma liminar no Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo que suspendeu a leitura do relatório. No mesmo dia, o presidente da comissão fez um pedido junto ao tribunal para reconsiderar a decisão e a desembargadora Isabel Cogan revogou a liminar e permitiu que a sessão acontecesse neste sábado. “A comissão entendeu desnecessário o pedido de perícia e haja vista que foi respeitado o devido processo legal e o direito de ampla defesa, foi com base nisso que conseguimos derrubar a liminar que o prefeito tinha conseguido”, explicou o presidente da Câmara.
Explosivos – No último mês, a cidade de Boa Esperança do Sul registrou dois atentados com bombas caseiras que são investigados pela Polícia Civil e que podem ter motivação política. Um deles aconteceu em frente à casa de uma vereadora e outro no prédio da Câmara Municipal.
Após a primeira explosão, a vereadora Cidinha Romano afirmou que suspeitava que o prefeito pudesse estar por trás do ato, mas Raminelli negou a ligação e afirmou que estava tranquilo quanto ao resultado da comissão, pois tudo haveria sido feito legalmente.
Recorrente – Boa Esperança do Sul teve a segunda cassação de prefeito em menos de 2 anos. Candidato à reeleição em 2012, Jaime Fortino Benassi, o Jaiminho, obteve 56,28% dos votos, mas seu registro foi cassado em dezembro do mesmo ano por conduta vedada a agente público em campanha eleitoral. Entre as ações irregulares do ex-prefeito, apontadas pelo TRE, estão o apoio a um show gratuito, aquisição de cestas básicas para a população e empréstimos de ônibus municipais para eventos sociais.
Novas eleições foram marcadas para agosto de 2013, quando Edinho Raminelli foi eleito prefeito com 4.660 votos, o que equivale a 57,14% do total de votos válidos. Marcão Rosim (PPS), que também concorreu à eleição, ficou em segundo lugar com 3.495 votos, o que corresponde a 42,86% dos votos válidos.
