Fato aconteceu na SP-215; no veículo em que o acusado dirigia, as Polícias Rodoviária e Militar encontraram drogas e, na casa, um revólver

Um homem de 40 anos foi preso por tráfico de drogas, posse irregular de arma de fogo e embriaguez ao volante após se envolver em um acidente na rodovia Luiz Augusto de Oliveira (SP-215), em Ribeirão Bonito, na serra que liga a cidade a Dourado, na noite da última sexta-feira (12). .
Por volta das 19h30, um Gol bateu na traseira de outro Gol, ambos prata e com placas de Ribeirão Bonito, no km 182,3 da rodovia. Os motoristas dos dois veículos foram socorridos até o Pronto Socorro, apenas com ferimentos leves.
A Polícia Militar de Ribeirão Bonito e a Polícia Rodoviária foram até o local e durante averiguação em um dos veículos, dirigido por E.L.V.A., encontraram 19 pinos de cocaína em uma sacola dentro de uma mochila.
As Polícias também receberam a informação de que E.L.V.A. possuía uma arma de fogo, mas não sabiam se estava no carro ou em sua residência, então uma equipe policial se deslocou até a casa do homem, onde a irmã dele encontrou em seu quarto, dentro de um tambor de papelão, um revolver calibre 38, com cinco munições intactas, sem registro.
Submetido ao teste do etilômetro, o conhecido bafômetro, o mesmo apontou que havia 0,11 miligramas de álcool por litro de ar no sangue de E.L.V.A., que bateu na traseira do outro veículo.
Diante das circunstâncias, E.L.V.A., foi conduzido até a Delegacia de Polícia, onde acabou autuado em flagrante por tráfico de drogas, posse irregular de arma de fogo e embriaguez ao volante, e em seguida recolhido ao Centro de Triagem de São Carlos.
Participaram da ocorrência os policiais militares Cabos Garcia e Miguel e Soldados Cristiane e Dias, os rodoviários Edylmar e Cleber, o investigador Fábio e o delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado.
