Câmara irá investigar construção de escola
CEI foi instaurada pelos vereadores após a conclusão da CAR, onde o relatório apontou irregularidades

A Câmara de Vereadores de Ribeirão Bonito instaurou, na sessão desta segunda-feira (20), uma Comissão Especial de Inquérito (CEI) para investigar possíveis irregularidades na construção da Escola Municipal “Prefeito Rubens Gayoso Junior”, no Jardim Centenário, que custou R$ 6,5 milhões.
A CEI foi instaurada após o parecer da Comissão de Assuntos Relevantes (CAR), composta pelos vereadores Manoelito da Silva Gomes (DEM),presidente, Joseilton de Jesus (PSDB), relator, e José Sebastião Baldan (PMDB), membro, apontar que existe uma diferença entre o que realmente foi executado e pago com o que efetivamente foi utilizado e realizado, assim constatando má gestão do contrato e do dinheiro público.
Uma vistoria foi realizada pela comissão e apesar das portas das salas de aula, laboratórios e banheiros estarem fechadas, sendo necessário entrar pelas janelas, os vereadores verificaram que há problemas estruturais quanto à execução do contrato ao que tange o processo de construção do prédio, uma vez que foram encontradas diversas rachaduras nas paredes e no piso, algumas fechaduras das janelas colocadas ao contrário, do lado externo, as calhas estão amassadas, a altura das janelas dos banheiros baixas, a pintura descascando e a qualidade da tinta não é de boa qualidade, assim como boa parte dos materiais empregados na obra.
O relatório também aponta que existe incoerência quanto aos princípios e normas da Lei de Licitações. O piso orçado, um total de 3987,8m m², foi de cerâmica esmaltada antiderrapante para serem colocados nas salas de aula, laboratórios, banheiros, biblioteca, administração e pátio, constando que foram impantados e gerando as notas fiscais e a prefeitura realizou todos os pagamentos, contudo foi constatada a utilização de outro piso, o granelito. Mesmo diante disso, não houve abatimento no preço ou documento que aprovasse a substituição do material.
Na parte elétrica foi observada que o sistema de para-raios não está completamente pronto e acabado, as luminárias constam como entregues, mas não estão instaladas, assim como interruptores e tomadas, notando-se que a prefeitura pagou pelos serviços a empresa e recebeu as medições como completas e acabadas, sem a devida conferência.
Diante das citações, a comissão apurou que existem indícios de irregularidades e encaminhou o parecer ao Ministério Público (MP) e o mesmo foi lido durante a sessão da Câmara.
Após a assinatura dos nove vereadores e a abertura da CEI, foi escolhido, por sorteio, que Gomes será o presidente, Marcelo Antonio Lollato (PMDB) o relator e Pedro Maia Almeida (PSDB) membro.
Durante o tema livre, o vereador Luiz Marcelino dos Santos Pallone (PSB) foi o mais enfático ao comentar sobre a CEI e as investigações da CAR, onde participou como voluntário. “A obra já foi recebida e pagos R$ 6 milhões, mesmo com todas as irregularidades, foi recebida pela prefeitura”, destacou.
Pallone disse que é necessária uma investigação detalhada. “Em relação ao piso precisa analisar, se não foi má fé, foi preguiça, é necessário investigar, pois quando fomos lá estava cheio de estrume de animais, resquícios e embalagens de drogas. Também se viu gado pastando, o que poderia quebrar tudo, sem contar o preço da grama, que no mercado é R$ 4 e lá estão pagando R$ 12 o m²”, observou. “Se procurar vão encontrar muito mais irregularidades” finalizou.
Ouvida pela reportagem, a advogada Dagmar Blota declarou que Lollato deveria ter se considerado suspeito em participar da CEI, já que exerceu cargo de confiança, como Diretor de Governo
de Wilson Forte Junior (PMDB), Nenê Forte. “A bem da verdade não deveria si quer participar, melhor fez o vereador Baldan que declinou em participar, pena o Lollato não seguir o exemplo do presidente do seu partido. O povo está de olho”, afirmou.

Vou ficar só observando, pois é incoerente uma pessoa que fez parte da atual administração ser o relator de uma CEI, ainda mais o prefeito sendo do seu partido. Quero ver se a CEI vai investigar tudo certinho, porque as irregularidades são tanto da atual administração quanto da que deu inicio a execução das obras.
Agora que são elas. Onde vai parar essas investigações? Como disse o Pallone, se procurar vai achar mais coisas, então procurem e atuem com imparcialidade.
1º colocar o nome da escola com o nome de um administrador que foi cassado é piada , o “Rubinho” teve muitos méritos nessa cidade sim ,fez muito sim , mas a câmara cassou o mandato dele como corrupto ou estou enganado ???????
2º o Órgão Municipal competente não poderia ter ido dar uma olhada enquanto a construção estava em andamento ?????
3º é tudo blá blá blá …. dinheiro público no bolso de alguém como sempre …. 6 milhões numa obra daquela ??????????? são muitos zeros não ?????????? é tudo blá blá blá e pizza mesmo .
olhando o passado vemos muitos prédios lindos , e a pergunta ; como faziam tais prédios em épocas com poucos recursos ??????? andaimes de madeira, amassar cimento na enxada ,cortar madeira no serrote …. hoje inúmeros recursos e os prédios que nem são utilizados já estão com trincas , fissuras ….. e custam R$ 6.000.000,00 ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? R$ 6.000.000,00
