O Departamento de Esportes de Boa esperança do Sul abriu inscrições para o Clube da Caminhada. O programa criado para orientar e incentivar a população para a prática de exercícios físicos, será realizado no Clube das Piscinas.
O projeto deve começar no próximo dia 01 de julho e os horários serão definidos conforme as demandas de inscritos. O participante terá orientação de um professor de Educação Física e de uma nutricionista.
Para fazer parte do programa Clube da Caminhada, o participante terá que apresentar obrigatoriamente exame médico liberando a prática de exercícios físicos. O projeto está aberto para todas as idades.
O programa visa incentivar a realização de exercícios para iniciantes com alongamento, caminhada e relaxamento. Serão avaliados também frequência cardíaca, esforço, corrida leve, corrida moderada e corrida intensa, ajudando no desenvolvimento das atividades.
Segundo o diretor de Esportes, Rogério Fonseca, a Prefeitura vem criando projetos que colaboram com o dia-a-dia. “Estamos buscando mais qualidade de vida para a população e para isso, a pratica de exercícios é essencial”, explicou.
Para o prefeito Edinho Raminelli (sem partido) a implantação do projeto é muito importante para as pessoas começarem a cuidar da saúde, através do esporte.
