Uma paciente está revoltada com uma situação que passou para conseguir fazer exames por Ribeirão Bonito. Ao tentar marcar os pedidos médicos na cidade, foi informada que o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) não cobria, sendo assim procurou ajuda em São Carlos, onde conseguiu fazer sem custo algum.
Renata Franquim, que sofreu um Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC) há quatro anos, explica que foi informada que precisaria pagar pelos exames um valor de R$ 134,55. “Ia fazer um exame e a Santa Casa de Ribeirão Bonito disse que o SUS não cobria e que teria de pagar R$ 134,55, mas consegui fazer pelo SUS em São Carlos e o SUS cobriu todos e não paguei nada”, disse.
De acordo com Renata, ela foi até o Centro de Especialidades Médica (CEME), no Centro de Ribeirão Bonito, para agendar os exames de sangue. “A atendente do CEM disse que o exames de sangue teriam de pagar a maioria porque o SUS não cobre. Liguei na Santa Casa e perguntei se o SUS cobria, me disseram que esses que eu enviei tinha de pagar. Liguei no Posto de Coleta de São Carlos e falaram que eram todos de graça”, comentou.
Indignada com o caso, Renata fez uma reclamação na ouvidoria do SUS sobre o fato.
