Ribeirão Bonito: Escândalo na Praça termina em TAC
Para MPT, Chiquinho Campaner não pode dizer para os servidores se devem ou não se filiar ao sindicato
O prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito, Francisco José Campaner (PSDB), foi convocado pelo Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) a assinar um Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC) se comprometendo a não praticar assédio contra os servidores municipais e, especialmente, não causar constrangimento, impedir, inibir ou desencorajar os servidores a se filiarem ou não ao Sindicato dos Servidores Municipais de Araraquara e Região (SISMAR), sob pena de multa.
Esse TAC é resultado da denúncia feita pelo SISMAR por causa de um escândalo promovido pelo prefeito na Praça da Igreja Matriz na primeira assembleia da data-base 2017 dos servidores municipais de Ribeirão Bonito. Naquele dia, o Chiquinho Campaner ameaçou servidores aos gritos e falou mal do sindicato e nos dias seguintes repetiu todo o discurso antissindical na imprensa.
Em caso de descumprimento do TAC, o MPT estipulou multa diária de R$ 1 mil “reajustável até a data do efetivo pagamento”. Isso significa que se houver assédio ou prática antissindical novamente, a multa corre do dia do descumprimento até o dia que ela for paga.

No final de janeiro, mais de 20 servidores de Ribeirão Bonito aguardavam a assembleia geral da categoria começar, quando, presenciaram uma lastimável cena digna da época em que os coronéis mandavam e desmandavam em suas terras.
Sem se identificar para os dirigentes do Sindicato, o prefeito, visivelmente alterado e com o dedo em riste, ameaçou servidores que esperavam o início da assembleia na Praça da Igreja Matriz. Aos berros, dizia que quem se aproximasse do Sindicato seria prejudicado.
Indignados com a postura ignorante daquela pessoa, que até então era desconhecida, os sindicalistas começaram a filmar tudo e exigiram explicações. Em postura prepotente e soberba, o prefeito se alterou com os dirigentes e chegou a tentar tomar o celular das mãos de um deles.
Tudo foi registrado em áudio e vídeo por vários celulares. O prefeito foi representado no Ministério Público do Trabalho por prática antissindical , que culminou nesse TAC, e criminalmente por chamar os dirigentes do SISMAR de vagabundos tanto na praça, quanto no dia seguinte, ao vivo, no programa Jornal da Morada.
Depois da confusão na praça, o número de servidores na assembleia quase dobrou e eles votaram a pauta de reivindicações da categoria para a data-base de 2017, que foi ignorada pelo prefeito.
