Ex-vereador sofre tentativa de assassinato
Fato aconteceu na manhã desta segunda-feira (22) enquanto Bernardo chegava em sua residência
Lucas Castro
O ex-vereador de Ribeirão Bonito, o produtor rural, Luiz de Franco Neto, de 44 anos, conhecido como Bernardo, sofreu uma tentativa de homicídio na manhã de desta segunda-feira (22) enquanto chegava em sua residência no Jardim Morumbi.
Logo pela manhã, Bernardo saiu como faz diariamente, e ao retornar à sua residência, percebeu que um indivíduo armado foi em sua direção, no meio da rua, pediu que o mesmo parasse seu veículo, uma caminhonete, Hilux, e apontou uma arma. Assustado, a vítima jogou o carro em cima do rapaz, e o prensou entre um poste e um muro, quando percebeu que outros dois indivíduos apareceram e atiraram com a intenção de acertá-lo.
Os disparos acertaram a lateral da caminhonete e o vidro traseiro. Rapidamente, a vítima conseguiu fugir e pediu ajuda na Delegacia de Polícia.
Há 15 dias, Bernardo teve seu sítio, em Jales (SP) invadido por três homens, que reviraram o local e o ameaçaram de morte.
A suspeita é que a tentativa de homicídio aconteceu por uma desavença familiar. Bernardo é ex-vereador de Ribeirão Bonito, onde ocupou o posto de 2001 a 2004.
SUSPEITOS – A Polícia prendeu dois indivíduos suspeitos de atirarem no ex-vereador. Após os primeiros depoimentos, a Polícia Civil conseguiu a gravação do Terminal Rodoviário de São Carlos e viu que um dos rapazes embarcou em um ônibus que iria para São Paulo e repassou a informação.
Em Corumbataí o veículo foi abordado e um dos suspeitos detido. O indivíduo foi levado até a Delegacia de Polícia de Ribeirão Bonito.
Outro acusado foi abordado em Ribeirão Bonito e também levado até o Plantão Policial. Os dois foram ouvidos e após apresentarem duas versões acabaram liberados por falta suficiente de provas.
A Polícia Civil irá investigar o caso e analisar se os detidos têm participação no crime e chegar até os autores e os mandantes do delito.
O terceiro suspeito provavelmente está ferido devido à forma que foi prensado e a polícia busca nos hospitais da região alguma informação sobre o paradeiro do mesmo.
Bernardo não quis comentar sobre o assunto e a sua advogada declarou que o ex-vereador só irá se pronunciar após a conclusão do inquérito.
