Menor é apreendida por envolvimento com o tráfico de drogas
Garota ficará recolhida na Cadeia Feminina de Ribeirão Bonito em uma cela isolada das demais detentas

Uma garota de apenas 13 anos foi detida na manhã desta segunda-feira (2) pela Polícia Civil de Ribeirão Bonito por envolvimento com o tráfico de drogas na cidade.
Em sequência a operação realizada no último dia 19 de janeiro, onde um menor de 16 anos foi apreendido por tráfico de drogas e levado ao Núcleo de Atendimento Integrado (NAI) de São Carlos, o delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado junto com os policiais civis Aparecido Donizeti Galhardo, o Branco, e Sandro Moretti foram até a residência da menina, no Jardim Novo Ribeirão, com mandado de busca e apreensão expedido pela Justiça de Ribeirão Bonito, onde tiveram êxito em encontra-la.
No dia 20 de janeiro, a Polícia Civil já havia ido até a residência da menor, na ocasião nada de ilícito foi encontrado, mas a garota revelou aos policiais que com medo, entregou para um rapaz guardar uma mochila e dentro continha um revólver, munições, drogas e materiais para misturar e embalar entorpecentes, revelando onde estariam os produtos.
Com as informações, os policiais seguiram até a casa de E.S., de 20 anos, onde o mesmo confirmou que a menina havia dado uma mochila para ele guardar, disse que viu o que tinha dentro e a entregou, sendo localizados um revólver calibre 32, 12 munições também calibre 32, 171 pedras de crack, 47 porções de maconha e materiais para misturar e embalar drogas.
Diante dos fatos, E.S. foi preso em flagrante por posse ilegal de arma de fogo e tráfico de drogas, sendo levado para o Centro de Triagem de São Carlos e hoje se encontra preso no Centro de Detenção Provisória de Araraquara. Na época, a menina foi autuada em Ato Infracional por tráfico de drogas e liberada para os responsáveis. Os produtos localizados acabaram apreendidos
Perante as circunstâncias, a Justiça determinou o recolhimento da garota, que agora ficará internada na Cadeia Pública Feminina de Ribeirão Bonito em uma cela isolada das demais detentas.

haha é isso mesmo, onde já se viu uma menina de 13 anos que vergonha, tem que fazer um limpa nessa cidade… E muda a merda dessas leis, menor tem que ser preso sim, ninguém obrigo a fazer coisa errada, e deveria ter pena de morte, talvez esse mundo ficasse um pouco melhor.,.
