Menores de idade que moram em uma Casa Abrigo de Ribeirão Bonito têm deixado os vizinhos assustados. Eles circulam livremente pelas ruas e preocupam os moradores, que fizeram até um abaixo-assinado para que o problema seja resolvido. O documento foi entregue ao Ministério Público, que abriu um inquérito civil para apurar a situação da instituição.
A Casa Abrigo do município atende hoje cinco menores. A contadora Maíra Gazarini afirma que não tem sossego. Ela conta que os menores que vivem na região perturbam a vizinhança toda. “Eles ofendem as pessoas, depredam o patrimônio público e privado, usam drogas e fazem baderna até altas horas”, disse.
Maíra já precisou chamar a polícia e registrou um boletim de ocorrência, além de prestar queixa na delegacia. No entanto, até agora, ela diz que nada foi feito. “Causa muita indignação e revolta, porque a gente trabalha a semana inteira e quer fazer tudo correto e eles ficam nessa baderna, sem horário, sem repreensão e sem educação”, comentou.
A enfermeira Dalva Cristina da Cruz está assustada. Ela diz que a neta, de 6 anos, estuda perto da Casa Abrigo e, uma vez, na hora de ir embora com o ônibus escolar os menores infratores entraram e ameaçaram a todos. Como Dalva trabalha o dia todo, a babá da neta foi até a escola e ao Conselho Tutelar pedir explicações. “Ameaçaram minha neta com uma arma de brinquedo. Falaram que iam matar as crianças e que não era para fazerem nada porque eram bandidos. A babá ouviu da diretora que iam tomar providências quanto aos menores e tirou foto da arma de brinquedo”, falou.
Inquérito Civil – Após as queixas, o Ministério Público abriu um inquérito para apurar a situação, além de enviar uma proposta de ajustamento de conduta para a Prefeitura, que tem até 30 dias para responder. O Ministério ainda deu prazo de cinco dias para que a Casa Abrigo se manifeste sobre as medidas que serão tomadas para melhorar as condições do lugar.
Segundo o promotor Ilo Marinho Gonçalves Junior, o lugar não possui número suficiente de profissionais qualificados e a estrutura é inadequada. Além disso, faltam livros, brinquedos e jogos educativos para os cinco menores de idade atendidos na instituição. “Foram solicitadas informações referentes às crianças que estão lá, em especial a elaboração dos planos individuais de atendimento e de todas as medidas tomadas pelo abrigo para a reinserção dessas crianças em suas famílias de origem”, afirmou o promotor. A instituição tem até o dia 9 de março para cumprir as determinações.
