Passeio Ciclístico reúne mais de 150 ciclistas em Ribeirão Bonito

Mais de 150 ciclistas, entre adultos e crianças, participaram na manhã deste domingo (30) da segunda edição do Passeio Ciclístico em Ribeirão Bonito, que virou lei no município em comemoração ao Dia do Ciclista, celebrado no dia 19 de agosto.
O evento foi organizado pela Prefeitura Municipal de Ribeirão Bonito, por meio da Diretoria Municipal de Esportes, Lazer, Cultura e Turismo, em parceria com a equipe Rota RB e a Comissão da Festa de Agosto.
A concentração aconteceu às 9h na Praça da Matriz, os ciclistas percorreram as principais vias da cidade, a linha de chegada foi a barraca da festa, onde os participantes foram recepcionados pelos organizadores.
Ao final do Passeio Ciclístico houve premiação para o ciclista mais jovem, o mais idoso, a maior família ciclista, a bicicleta mais enfeitada e sorteio de prêmios aos participantes.
Lei – A vereadora Renata Mesquita Magalhães (PSD), a Salomé, apresentou, em 2014, um Projeto de Lei que instituía a semana do ciclismo na cidade, em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do Ciclista, e que deveria acontecer em agosto, organizado pela Prefeitura.
Na ocasião o PL foi aprovado por unanimidade e se tornou lei municipal.
