Proerd forma 18 crianças em Guarapiranga
Cerimônia aconteceu na noite desta quinta-feita (20) na Escola Municipal “Maria Apparecida de Sousa Campos”
Lucas Castro
Na noite desta quinta-feira (20) 18 alunos do 5º ano da Escola Municipal “Maria Apparecida de Sousa Campos”, localizada no Distrito de Guarapiranga, distante 12 km de Ribeirão Bonito, se formaram no Programa Educacional de Resistências às Drogas (Proerd) da Polícia Militar (PM).
Os alunos ganharam certificados do Proerd e durante o evento foram entregues presentes para as crianças, doados pelo Conselho Comunitário de Segurança (Conseg). Uma bicicleta também sorteada entre os estudantes.
A cerimônia foi apresentada pelo Cabo da PM Banin e Cabo Ademílson, que ministrou as aulas, e contou com a presença do Capitão da PM Paulo Roberto Nucci Junior, da Diretora Municipal de Educação Terezinha Manieri, da professora dos alunos do 5º ano Sônia Borges, entre outras autoridades.
O Capitão Nucci destacou a importância na formação das crianças, principalmente na luta contra as drogas. Já o Cabo Ademilson agradeceu o empenho dos alunos e a confiança de todos no trabalho da PM.
O prefeito Wilson Forte Junior (PMDB), Nenê Forte, não compareceu a cerimônia.
Proerd – O Proerd é um programa com caráter social preventivo, posto em prática pela Polícia Militar, junto aos alunos da 4ª série que se encontram na faixa etária de 9 a 12 anos, através do esforço cooperativo entre Polícia Militar, Escola e família, oferecendo atividades educacionais em sala de aula, que inserem nas crianças a necessidade de desenvolver as suas potencialidades, ajudando a preparar para o futuro uma geração consciente do exercício de sua cidadania.
O programa tem por base, o projeto D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) criado em 1983 nos Estados Unidos, e hoje é desenvolvido em 58 países e desde 2002 em todos os Estados do Brasil.
Chegou ao Brasil em 1992, através da PM do Rio de Janeiro, e no Estado de São Paulo em 1993, através da Academia de Polícia Militar do Barro Branco de onde o programa expandiu-se para os demais Estados.
Aplicações – O início do Programa na escola é precedido por uma reunião com pais e educadores, no sentido de divulgar o programa e orientar o engajamento e a participação de todos no processo.
O policial deverá comparecer à escola fardado, uma vez por semana, ao longo de um semestre, acompanhado do professor da turma, para ministrar as aulas aos estudantes.
As aulas a serem ministradas estarão organizadas no livro do estudante, em 17 (dezessete) lições de 60 minutos.
Além do livro do estudante a criança recebe um “kit” de comunicação visual composto de 01 camiseta e 01 boné com a logomarca do programa, os quais serão distribuídos no dia da Formatura, juntamente com um certificado de conclusão do curso, quando o aluno formando presta o compromisso diante da Polícia, da Escola e da Família de resistir às drogas e à violência.
Lições – As Lições objetivam o desenvolvimento da autoestima, o cultivo da felicidade, controle das tensões, civilidade, além de ensinar técnicas de autocontrole e resistência às pressões dos companheiros e às formas de oferecimento de drogas por pessoas estranhas ao convívio das crianças e adolescentes.
Docentes – O corpo de instrutores é composto por policiais militares voluntários, os quais são selecionados observando-se a conduta moral a experiência policial e com atividades socioeducativas.
O curso de habilitação tem uma carga horária de 80 horas aulas e conta em seu corpo docente com profissionais que atuam em áreas afetas à prevenção, como: Saúde; Educação; Psicologia e Legislação.
Valores Sociais – O Proerd tem como um de seus principais objetivos proporcionar o crescimento e o desenvolvimento global de nossas crianças, tornando-os cidadãos críticos capazes de resistir as pressões para usarem drogas e ajudarem no tão sonhado processo de construção de um país melhor.
Objetivos – Atuação da Polícia Militar voltada para a prevenção ao uso de Drogas, as ações de vandalismo e formação de gangues entre os jovens;
– Possibilidade de redução de problemas locais afetos a segurança pública, pela excelente oportunidade da interação entre a Polícia Militar, Escola e Família.
Benefícios Comunitários – Os Policiais Militares especializados em orientar crianças sobre as drogas e a violência são exemplos de cidadania. A presença do Policial Proerd na escola traz segurança a toda comunidade escolar.
As informações transmitidas às crianças a respeito das drogas e dos tipos de abordagens que estão sujeitas, atuam como uma vacina, para que conscientizadas, possam dizer NÃO às drogas.
Foi um encerramento feito com muito carinho. Agradeço nominalmente a professora Sandra Bebber que pessoalmente cuidou de cada detalhe de enfeite da cerimônia para deixar o ambiente mais aconchegante. O objetivo principal com certeza foi alcançado: a conscientização dos alunos quanto os males causados pelo uso das drogas! Esperamos que este Programa continuem a ser realizado!
