Projeto para criação de cargo não passa na Câmara de Ribeirão Bonito
Apesar da maioria simples, para ser aceito precisava de dois terços da aprovação

O Projeto de Resolução nº002/2015, de autoria da Mesa Diretora, onde previa a alteração nos cargos em comissão na Câmara Municipal de Ribeirão Bonito e com criaria o de assessor de comunicação, não foi aprovado pelos vereadores.
Durante a votação, na teoria, a maioria simples venceu, mas na pratica, não levou, pois era necessário o voto favorável de dois terços do total dos vereadores, no caso cinco, o que não aconteceu.
Como a sessão aconteceu na segunda-feira (20), véspera de feriado, dois vereadores que tinham viagens marcadas não comparecerem, sendo Dimas Tadeu Lima (PT) e Renata Mesquita Magalhães (PSD), restando aos outros sete decidirem pela alteração.
Marcelo Lollato (PMDB), José Sebastião Baldan (PMDB) e Manoelito da Silva Gomes (DEM) foram favoráveis, Pedro Maia Almeida e Joseilton de Jesus, ambos do PSDB, contrários e Luiz Marcelino dos Santos Pallone (PSB) e Regivaldo Rodrigues da Silva (PSDB) se abstiveram, assim abrindo mão do voto.
Com isso, a criação de mais um cargo em comissão na Câmara Municipal foi rejeitada.
Graças a Deus (porque só com intervenção Divina!) não passou esse projeto ridículo da Mesa da Câmara. Criticamos o Congresso Nacional, e com razão, mas parece que o “vírus” ataca a cabecinha de todos os parlamentares. A mania de esbanjar o dinheiro da “viúva” parece ser patológico. A troca e/ou pagamento de favores no Executivo e no Legislativo começa nas prefeituras e câmaras municipais, estende-se para o estado até chegar à União. O “modos operandi” é sempre o mesmo e a conta vem para nosso bolso. Nobres Vereadores, conectem-se com a realidade; vocês tem por obrigação moral economizar recursos. Seus pares de Brasília definem que a Câmara tem direito a um percentual do orçamento, porém não justifica esbanjar esse dinheiro. Comovam-se com a pobreza de nossa cidade e sejam rigorosos com seus gastos. Senhor Presidente, espelhe-se em gestões passadas (e digo bem passadas, esqueça as mais recentes) e veja o que é administrar com austeridade. Não muito distante a Câmara Municipal de Ribeirão Bonito executava um orçamento por volta de R$250mil/ano. E hoje? Gasta-se quanto?
