Reunião discute a instalação de Fórum Distrital em Dourado
Cidade já pode receber Posto Avançado de Justiça, com presenças de juiz, promotor e cartório
No dia 29 de outubro, o prefeito de Dourado, Luiz Antonio Rogante Junior (PP), Juninho Rogante, esteve no Tribunal de Justiça, na cidade de São Paulo, participando de reunião sobre a instalação do Fórum Distrital no município.
O encontro definiu que a cidade já pode instalar um Posto Avançado de Justiça, com presenças de juiz, promotor e cartório.
A instalação do Posto Avançado de Justiça é um embrião para Dourado receber o tão esperado Fórum Distrital.
A unidade funcionará de segunda a sexta-feira, sendo que uma vez por semana, juiz e promotor estarão presentes para resolver toda a demanda processual. O Posto atuará até que o Fórum esteja instalado em sua totalidade.
O prefeito se mostrou muito satisfeito e animado com o resultado do encontro “Mais um passo foi dado para conseguirmos o tão sonhado Fórum Distrital. Com o Posto Avançado e posteriormente o Fórum Distrital, Dourado só tem a ganhar, pois, cidadãos e profissionais que dependem diariamente ou eventualmente do Fórum, terão mais praticidade, pois não precisarão mais se locomover a cidade de Ribeirão Bonito, evitando riscos na perigosa rodovia que liga as cidades, além da questão econômica, evitando gastos com transportes. O Fórum gerará vários empregos diretos e indiretos e o município também ganhará obrigatoriamente uma nova unidade bancária”, explicou Juninho Rogante, citando os benefícios e vantagens de se ter um Fórum em Dourado.
