Ribeirão Bonito: Menores são apreendidos acusados de roubo
Justiça determinou a internação dos garotos, de 15 e 17 anos, após assalto a uma residência

Cumprindo mandado de busca e apreensão, expedido pela Justiça de Ribeirão Bonito, a Polícia Civil apreendeu dois adolescentes, de 15 e 17 anos, acusados de participarem de um roubo a uma residência, ocorrido no dia 28 de outubro, no Jardim Novo Ribeirão.
Com os mandados em mãos, investigador Carlos Eduardo, escrivão Diogo e o Branco, foram até a residência dos menores onde tiveram êxito de localiza-los e apreende-los.
De acordo com a Justiça, os garotos devem cumprir medidas socioeducativas em uma unidade da Fundação Casa.
Os garotos foram apresentados ao Poder Judiciário e em seguida encaminhados ao Núcleo de Atendimento Integrado (NAI) de São Carlos, onde aguardarão vagas em uma unidade da Fundação Casa.
CASO – Dois adolescentes foram apreendidos pela Polícia Militar no dia 28 de outubro após o roubo a uma residência no Jardim Novo Ribeirão, em Ribeirão Bonito.
Segundo informações, três indivíduos entraram em uma casa na rua Luís Antônio Jorge, agrediram o morador e levaram uma televisão de 47 polegadas.
A Polícia Militar foi acionada e durante patrulhamento os Cabos Garcia e Lucas conseguiram abordar dois menores suspeitos de participarem do roubo na avenida Manoel Gayoso, no Jardim Centenário.
Questionados, os adolescentes, de 15 e 17 anos, confessaram o crime e delataram que um terceiro rapaz, sendo maior de idade, também participou do roubo.
Na ocasião, os adolescentes foram apresentados na Delegacia de Polícia, onde o delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado elaborou Ato Infracional por roubo, sendo os menores liberados para os responsáveis. A televisão não foi localizada.
