Trabiju promove palestra sobre prevenção ao álcool e drogas
Evento aconteceu dia 27 de março no Clube Municipal
No dia 27 de março, a Prefeitura de Trabiju, em parceria com os departamentos de Saúde e Assistência Social, realizou no Clube Municipal palestra que abordou os problemas causados pelo consumo de álcool e outras drogas. O encontro propôs parcerias entre familiares e o poder público na ajuda no combate a esse mal que hoje está presente tanto nos grandes centros quanto nas pequenas cidades do interior.
A palestra foi ministrada por Márcia Cecília Cunha Branco, psicóloga e presidente da Casa Dia de São Carlos. Teve como temas principais a Educação, Prevenção e Combate as Drogas e também serviu como um alerta e informação a amigos e familiares de dependentes químicos. Estes vão saber como detectar e apoiar seu ente querido em caso de notarem que o mesmo vem apresentando comportamento estranho ou dando sinais visíveis de uso abusivo do álcool ou consumo de outras drogas. Durante a palestra foi mostrado em um telão usuários de crack, cocaína e álcool na “Cracolândia”, em São Paulo, em praças de São Carlos e em outras cidades do Estado, com imagens que impressionaram pelo estado terminal dos dependentes e também a pouca idade de alguns que foram mostrados.
O prefeito Fabrício Vanzelli (DEM) fez a abertura da palestra dizendo ter um filho adolescente e aconselhou a todos os pais trabijuenses a prestarem mais atenção no comportamento de seus filhos. Ele agradeceu as diretoras de Saúde e Assistência Social, Carla Malkomes e Maria Amélia Zana, pela parceria em mais esse evento dizendo que pretende repetir a dose “tanto aqui no clube, quanto nas escolas do município, pois dessa forma estaremos colaborando e esclarecendo cada vez mais a população sobre o perigo do álcool e das drogas nas vidas de nossas crianças e adolescentes”.
Durante a palestra foi chamado a frente Adriano Elias, que hoje é terapeuta na Casa Dia de São Carlos, que deu um importante depoimento falando sobre o seu envolvimento com o álcool o que lhe causou sérios problemas tanto de saúde quanto na vida profissional e também o afastamento de amigos e familiares transformando sua vida num verdadeiro inferno. “Nesse meu contato com o álcool minha vida se transformou num inferno onde só quem passou por isso sabe o fundo do poço em que chega. Eu não tinha mais o apoio de familiares que se cansaram de tentar me ajudar sem obter êxito. Perdia um emprego atrás do outro até não conseguir mais trabalhar em lugar nenhum. Vivi por longo tempo pelas ruas e dormindo pelas calçadas e praças. Passei fome e frio. Não desejo isso que passei para ninguém e por esse motivo hoje que me curei do mal causado pelo álcool venho procurando ajudar as pessoas que vão à Casa Dia, entidade que faz um grande trabalho na recuperação de drogados e vítimas do álcool”, disse Elias.
Ao final, a palestrante Maria Cecília Cunha Branco disse ter ficado satisfeita com a presença de grande público e que entre as pessoas pode ver professores, diretores, diversas autoridades, pais e principalmente adolescentes que prestaram muita atenção durante a palestra. “A gente fica satisfeita quando sente que tudo o que estamos passando está sendo bem assimilado pelos presentes. Deu para notar aqui que todos estavam realmente interessados em saber um pouco mais sobre os problemas e prevenção em relação às drogas. Agradeço ao prefeito Fabrício, aos educadores e diretores sócios por trazerem nossa palestra e me coloco a disposição naquilo que for preciso e esperamos voltar mais vezes em Trabiju”, finalizou Maria Cecília.
