Vereador quer informações sobre locações de prédios pela Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito

Valdinei de Oliveira (DEM), o Tuca, apresentou um requerimento sobre o assunto que foi aprovado por unanimidade

O vereador Valdinei de Oliveira (DEM), o Tuca, quer informações do Poder Executivo sobre as locações de prédios pela Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito. O parlamentar apresentou um requerimento, de nº 019/2017, solicitando alguns dados ao prefeito Francisco José Campaner (PSDB), o Chiquinho.
O requerimento de autoria do vereador foi aprovado por unanimidade durante a sessão ordinária desta segunda-feira (6) e pede informações à Prefeitura sobre os prédios e variados imóveis locados.
Segundo o parlamentar, que foi movido por uma preocupação com os gastos públicos, a partir destas informações, será possível pensar em diferentes alternativas que gerem economia aos cofres públicos.
Tuca quer saber quantos imóveis a Prefeitura aluga, qual a finalidade de cada um e o valor pago por mês um a um.
Além disso, o vereador também solicita o endereço dos imóveis alugados, os nomes dos proprietários e se foi feito por intermédio de imobiliária ou direto com o dono.
O município tem 30 dias para prestar as informações solicitadas.

ADEQUADO? – Um dos imóveis alugados pela Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito é o que abriga o Departamento Estadual de Trânsito de São Paulo (Detran-SP), localizado na rua Aurélio Neves, 355, no Centro, onde funcionava a antiga sede da Organização da Sociedade Civil de Interesse Público (OSCIP) Amarribo Brasil.
De acordo com os detalhes do empenho nº202, que está disponível publicamente no Portal da Transparência da Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito, o valor total durante o período de 2 de janeiro de 2017 a 31 de dezembro de 2017 é de R$ 26.400,00, sendo R$ 2.200,00 por mês.
O interessante é que o prédio não parece adequado para o serviço, apesar de ser um imóvel grande, não possui pátio e as vistorias e lacrações são feitas na rua.
