A Escola de Municipal de Educação Infantil (EMEI) “Maria do Carmo Balestero Gutierre”, que atende crianças de 4 a 6 anos, do Ensino Pré I e Pré II, está com um novo espaço de lazer para seus alunos. A Prefeitura Municipal, em parceria com o Departamento de Educação de Dourado, adquiriu um novo playground para ser utilizado na diversão e entretenimento das crianças.
O novo playground foi projetado para que as crianças possam se divertir com mais segurança, conforto e interação. Por isso foi adquirido o que há de mais novo no mercado, todo feito de plástico, sem parafusos e encaixes a mostra como os existentes em outros materiais, para que possa garantir a integridade física das crianças. Outro ponto positivo deste brinquedo, é que não precisa de uma manutenção tão frequente e detalhada, como os fabricados em madeira ou aço, por exemplo.
As brincadeiras em playgrounds colaboram muito para o desenvolvimento e comportamento das crianças, ajudando na coordenação motora, convivência em grupo, além de ser uma brincadeira saudável que possibilita uma diversidade em suas atividades.
O espaço será usado pelos alunos nos intervalos e também nas aulas de recreação. Um novo playground também foi instalado na Escola Municipal Myrian Apparecida Pallota dos Santos.
