Imagens de jovens de Boa Esperança do Sul, a maioria adolescentes, estão sendo divulgadas através de aplicativos de celular e redes sociais com frases ofensivas. As fotografias são montadas em vídeos que estão compartilhados principalmente em grupos de mensagens instantâneas. A Polícia Civil alerta para que as vítimas devem registrar boletim de ocorrência para que o caso seja investigado.
Um rapaz de 18 anos aparece em uma montagem que insinua que ele é homossexual. O jovem levou um susto ao receber o vídeo de um amigo há uma semana e diz que ficou difícil andar pelas ruas. “Desde quando saiu, quando ando na rua as pessoas olham para mim e comentam, cochicham alguma coisa. Uns até gritam no meio da rua me xingando e rindo da minha cara, entre outras coisas. Todo mundo já viu esse vídeo”, relatou.
Além dele, outros jovens da cidade se sentiram ofendidos com a brincadeira de mau gosto. Uma estudante, menor de idade, foi difamada no vídeo. “Falaram que eu era a marmita da meia noite, e é uma coisa que eu não sou. Eu não gostei da brincadeira, pois ninguém sabe da minha vida para sair falando dela”, disse.
A mesma garota afirma que os vídeos também foram publicados em redes sociais, como o Facebook. “Com certeza eles pegaram as fotos do Facebook e do perfil do WhatsApp, depois de ter feito aquilo, várias pessoas ficaram em choque de sair na rua. Fico até com vergonha de sair, porque você sai e as pessoam ficam zombando, e isso não é legal”, afirmou.
Crime – Para a Polícia Civil, os vídeos publicados na internet – pelo celular ou pelo computador – são considerados crimes contra a honra, como difamação e injúria. A pena pode variar de três meses a três anos de prisão. De acordo com o delegado Ricardo Farah, o desafio é descobrir quem fez as ofensas. “É preciso a numeração do aparelho celular que transmitiu aqueles dados e, através da justiça, requisitar esses dados à operadora. Quando é praticado pelo Facebook, você tem disponível, na própria página onde está a ofensa, os dados que vão te levar à identificação do suspeito através de ordem judicial”, explicou.
O delegado lembrou que a melhor forma de evitar esse tipo de situação é não se expor muito nas redes sociais. “As próprias redes sociais possuem ferramentas que limitam que as pessoas tenham acesso às suas informações particulares. É uma forma de minimizar o risco, mas ninguém está imune a isso”, falou.
A tecnologia diverte, mas também causa constrangimentos. O estudante ofendido imagina que não será fácil superar a situação. “Que agora a Justiça, a polícia ou alguém tome alguma atitude para retirar vídeos do Whatsapp ou quaisquer lugares onde estiverem e achar o culpado para fazê-lo parar. Se continuar assim, não dá mais”, reclamou.
