Na manhã desta quarta-feira (2) a Polícia Civil de Ribeirão Bonito junto com o Grupo de Operações Especiais (GOE) cumpriram mandato de busca e apreensão e em uma das residências foi localizado 1 invólucro de maconha e 6 de crack, além de mais três celulares, dois da marca LG e um Samsung.
Um dos celulares da marca LG seria da jovem H.B.O.S., 16 anos, que teria trocado o mesmo por 5 pedras de crack, no valor de R$50, e quando conseguisse o dinheiro iria retirar o celular com o traficante E.O.D., 21 anos, mas quando chegou para pegar o celular E.O.D. não devolveu o aparelho.
A testemunha que detém a guarda da jovem reconheceu o celular, apresentou a nota fiscal do objeto e informou que a mesma está internada em uma Clínica de Reabilitação na cidade de São Roque – SP.
Diante dos fatos, o Delegado Dr. Marco Aurélio Gonçalves Costa, deu voz de prisão contra o meliante sendo elaborado auto de prisão em flagrante delito e o mesmo recolhido para Cadeia Pública de São Carlos.
Nos últimos dias a Polícia recebeu denúncias que o indiciado vinha traficando entorpecentes.
