Incêndio começou em um canavial e atingiu a residência

Uma casa pegou fogo na tarde deste domingo (24) no bairro Maria Luiza, em Dourado. O incêndio começou em um canavial próximo e atingiu a residência.
Uma moradora passou mal e precisou de atendimento médico, sendo socorrida até o Pronto Socorro de Ribeirão Bonito, seu estado de saúde não foi informado.
O Corpo de Bombeiros de Brotas foram chamados para reforçar o combate às chamas. Caminhões-pipa da usina e de produtores ruraris também ajudaram no trabalho.
Segundo os bombeiros, o fogo foi controlado na região de Dourado. Mas devido ao clima seco as chamas se alastraram com facilidade e chegaram a uma área próxima à cidade de Bocaina.
Algumas pessoas que moram nas imediações do incêndio precisaram ir a um posto de saúde de Dourado para fazer inalação. As causas do acidente ainda são desconhecidas.
O incêndio foi de grande proporção e também atingiu uma extensão de aproximadamente seis quilômetros de mata e canavial às margens na Rodovia Luiz Augusto de Oliveira (SP-215), entre Ribeirão Bonito (SP) e Dourado.
Diversos focos de incêndio foram registrados em Dourado, estima-se que 80% dos canaviais da cidade foram queimados.
A Polícia Militar este na residência e registrou a ocorrência. A Civil irá investigar as causas e punir os responsáveis.
