Evento teve caráter participativo, onde todos os participantes receberam medalhas
No sábado (28), os alunos de natação de Dourado participaram do Festival da modalidade do Sesc São Carlos.
O objetivo do evento foi aumentar o gosto pela natação entre as crianças, assim como a socialização entre elas.
O festival teve caráter participativo, onde todos os participantes receberam medalhas. Foram realizadas também outras atividades recreativas.
Benefícios – Estudos indicam que a natação é a única atividade que pode ser praticada sem contra-indicações, em todas as idades. Além de melhorar as funções respiratórias e fisiológicas do organismo, a atividade aumenta a coordenação motora e os tônus muscular. A recomendação da Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria é de que as crianças comecem nadar a partir dos 6 meses. Nessa idade, o ouvido fica desenvolvido o suficiente para dificultar a entrada da água, reduzindo as chances de infecção. Além disso, o bebê também já estará imunizado contra algumas doenças.
Vantagens – As vantagens da natação na infância é que melhora o desenvolvimento neuromotor, a capacidade cardiorrespiratória, fortalece a musculatura, ativa e dá mais mobilidade às articulações, desenvolve as noções espaciais, temporais e de ritmo, estimula um sono mais tranqüilo, reforça o apetite e desenvolve a sociabilidade e a autoconfiança.
