Edgard Camargo Rodrigues assume a Presidência do TCE
Conselheiro substitui Antônio Roque Citadini
O Conselheiro Edgard Camargo Rodrigues assumiu na quarta-feira (29), o cargo de Presidente do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de São Paulo (TCESP), em substituição ao Conselheiro Antônio Roque Citadini. Também tomaram posse a Vice-Presidente Cristiana de Castro Moraes e o Corregedor Dimas Eduardo Ramalho, que terão o mandato de um ano na direção da Corte de Contas paulista.
Eleito durante a 2ª Sessão Especial do Pleno, em dezembro, o Conselheiro Edgard Camargo Rodrigues chega à Presidência pela quarta vez. Conselheiro do TCE desde 1991, já esteve no cargo durante os anos de 1995, 2001 e 2009.
Participaram da posse do novo Presidente os Conselheiros Antonio Roque Citadini, Renato Martins Costa, Robson Marinho, Cristiana de Castro Moraes, Dimas Eduardo Ramalho, e Sidney Estanislau Beraldo, e o Secretário-Diretor Geral, Sérgio Ciquera Rossi. O decano do TCE, Antonio Roque Citadini, em nome do colegiado, desejou sucesso na nova gestão da Corte de Contas.
O termo de posse da Presidência, lido pelo Secretário-Diretor Geral foi assinado em ato simples, apenas entre os Conselheiros, em ambiente descontraído – que evidencia o compromisso de todos com o critério de sucessão da Casa, que privilegia os programas permanentes, delineados pelo Colegiado.
Formado em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Faculdade de Direito do Largo São Francisco, da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), fez especialização em Direito Administrativo, pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUCC-SP). Edgard Camargo Rodrigues atuou na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo (Alesp) e ocupou diversos cargos no Executivo paulista.
