Na manhã da sexta-feira (19), aconteceu no auditório do Departamento de Educação de Dourado, o encontro entre Prefeitura Municipal e o Departamento de Ciências Políticas da Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar), com a intenção de firmarem parceria sobre projeto de extensão voltado a capacitação de funcionários públicos sobre governança local e desenvolvimento de novas ferramentas de gestão pública para inclusão, inovação e cidadania.
O projeto tem como objetivo estabelecer uma parceria dialógica entre a UFSCAR, as cidades de Buri, Campina do Monte Alegre, Dourado e Ribeirão Bonito, para discussão e promoção de ferramentas para o desenvolvimento local, a partir da adoção do ferramental das Tecnologias Sociais e do Marco da Gestão Participativa, o que poderá resultar a cidade, um desenvolvimento de forma inclusiva, democrática e sustentável.
Vários encontros estão marcados ainda para este ano, com diversos temas. Nessa primeira oficina foi apresentado o diagnóstico sócio-econômico de Dourado, realizado através do levantamento de dados secundários colhidos entre diversas instituições de pesquisas nacionais (IBGE, Sead, IPEA), sistematizados pelo grupo na forma de levantamento geral (dados brutais) e análise preliminar.
O Ciclo de Políticas Públicas será o tema da próxima oficina, com data de realização a ser agendada.
A equipe realizadora do projeto contém 10 profissionais, coordenados pela Professora Vera Alves Cepêda, todos ligados a Universidade Federal de São Carlos.
