Tristemente presenciamos atos vergonhosos de manifestações públicas contra a blogueira e jornalista cubana Yoani Sanches (e portanto a favor dos tiranos assassinos de Cuba) em sua visita ao Brasil. Yoani luta contra a tirania instalada em seu país há mais de décadas, e que já custou aproximadamente 100 mil mortes.
A imprensa denunciou recentemente a participação de Ricardo Poppi, assessor da Presidência da República, em reunião ocorrida na embaixada de Cuba antes da visita da jornalista. O intento seria desqualificar Yoani e promover manifestações contra a blogueira, inclusive com a fabricação de um suposto dossiê que acusava a jornalista de integrar a CIA. Uma estupidez que chega a ser medíocre. Mas de fato, num país que deveria prezar pela liberdade de expressão, a jornalista foi efetivamente impedida de se manifestar pelos trogloditas de esquerda.
Yoani Sanches luta por democracia, por liberdade de imprensa e de expressão, acusa o governo cubano de perseguição (e de fato é perseguida), luta por eleições num dos países mais atrasados da América, mas por aqui os pterodátilos comunistas querem CALÁ-LA!!!
Pois bem, vocês leram o que disse a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil sobre as manifestações que constrangeram a cubana no Brasil? Viram o que a Ordem afirmou sobre o fato de uma embaixada organizar atos de caráter político e confessar que espiões cubanos transitam no Brasil para “vigiar” os passos da blogueira? Não viram? É porque a OAB não disse ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA!
O silêncio é vergonhoso. Dá conta da atual representatividade da sociedade civil pela Ordem dos Advogados. E olhem que nem é preciso (como fazemos aqui) entrar no campo político para justificar uma declaração de repúdio contra as manifestações perpetradas contra a cubana. Bastaria uma olhadinha na constituição e nos fundamentos do regime democrático para constatar o absurdo a que chegaram as manifestações.
Em Cuba Yoani luta por um regime de liberdades democráticas, por pluralismo político, por respeito aos direitos humanos. Esses valores constituem a essência da história da OAB. Mas nada, nem uma palavra. A entidade que deveria, em nome da sociedade, zelar pela preservação do estado democrático de Direito se omite. O resultado: mal se ouviu o que Yoani tinha a dizer. A questão é ainda anterior: trata-se de assegurar o direito à voz. Coisa que não existe em Cuba.

Está faltando coragem na OAB, uma Direção que aceite o ônus de representar a história da advocacia no Brasil com dignidade para questionar as injustiças e abusos, para defender a dignidade humana e o estado democrático de direito.
Infelizmente por baixo do verniz ainda há muitos cupins corroendo esta Nação, e olha que a dirigente máxima foi, inclusive, vítima de torturas no regime militar.
Um absurdo inaceitável o silêncio da OAB e do próprio governo.
