Carro da Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito é dirigido por “voluntário”
Pergunta que fica é se o rapaz poderia guiar o veículo sem estar nomeado em qualquer cargo comissionado e sem ser funcionário municipal

Um fato curioso chamou a atenção durante os dias 26 e 28 de fevereiro em Ribeirão Bonito. Um cidadão que se diz voluntário da Prefeitura Municipal desfilou com um carro da administração durante a apresentação da Escola de Samba Unidos de Ribeirão Bonito.
Parecendo o abre-alas, o voluntário, com uma Fiat Strada, seguia com veículo a frente da escola de samba e ditava o ritmo do Carnaval na cidade. O interessante, é que o cidadão que dirigia o veículo não foi nomeado para nenhum cargo comissionado da Prefeitura, mas se intitula como assessor de assuntos fúnebres e também assessor de imprensa, porém em uma rede social afirmou e quis deixar claro que não recebe dos cofres publico e se precisar injetará dinheiro próprio para ajudar.
Mas uma pessoa que se diz voluntária, intitulado como assessor de duas pastas, como recentemente até mesmo apareceu dando entrevista a uma emissora de televisão, usou um veículo oficial sem ter a autorização devida, pois em nenhum meio de comunicação impresso foi publicada a portaria para que o mesmo guiasse o carro da Prefeitura.
Outro ponto que também chama a atenção é que, em uma foto, o voluntário estava sem cinto de segurança e com apenas uma mão ao volante, infringido as leis do Código Brasileiro de Trânsito.
Quem se responsabilizaria caso acontecesse algum acidente com esse voluntário dirigindo um carro oficial da Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito?
Perguntar não ofende, mas em algumas situações ofende sim, até mesmo se o voluntário for apadrinhado por um membro de uma ONG, mas isso é correto? Isso é imoral? Será que o fato será levado ao Ministério Público pela ONG?
Até quando Ribeirão Bonito viverá nessa situação de desmandos? E aí senhores vereadores, quais as medidas que tomarão diante dessa situação? Será que um único requerimento pedindo informações sobre o caso será encaminhado ao Poder Executivo?
Vamos aguardar, pois perguntar não ofende, ou ofende?
Torcemos pelo sucesso da administração de Francisco José Campaner (PSDB), o Chiquinho, torcemos principalmente por Ribeirão Bonito, inclusive temos sido até pacientes diante de vários equívocos administrativos cometidos nos últimos dois meses, porém, não somos partidários de o silêncio tornar-se cúmplice do desmando.
Gostaria de saber o motivo do silêncio dos nobres vereadores, o silêncio de Ong famosa, do Ministério Público, da oposição.
Estou com medo do futuro.
