Cidadão aciona a Justiça para Prefeitura ressarcir danos em veículo
Segundo o reclamante, ele chocou seu carro contra cavaletes na Rua São Paulo. Orçamento mais barato ficou em R$1430

O cidadão Jhon Lenon Panseri, morador da Rua Eduardo Piccolo, no Conjunto Habitacional Parque Prefeito Victor Arnaldo Torrezan, na região da Malvinas, em Ribeirão Bonito, acionou a Justiça para que a Prefeitura arque com os danos materiais causados em seu veículo após o mesmo se chocar contra cavaletes na Rua São Paulo durante o Carnaval.
De acordo Panseri, no dia 15 de fevereiro, por volta das 2h, ele trafegava com seu veículo, um VW Voyage, preto, pela via sentido Centro, quando próximo ao Banco do Brasil chocou-se contra um cavalete, danificando a lateral traseira esquerda do carro.
Continuando o trajeto pela mesma via, cerca de 200 metros à frente, acabou colidindo contra outro cavalete, causando danos no pára-choque dianteiro do veículo.
Panseri então realizou orçamentos com profissionais da região e obteve como o menor preço para consertar seu veículo R$1430, sendo R$980 para conserto e pintura do pára-choque dianteiro e R$450 para funilaria da lateral esquerda traseira.
Diante disso, Panseri buscou um acordo com a Prefeitura, mas não tendo êxito procurou a Justiça, que propôs uma Ação Indenizatória, pelos danos materiais causados no veículo. Uma audiência de conciliação será realizada no dia 28 de maio de 2015 para que as partes busquem um comum acordo.
Segundo o decreto nº2410 da Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito, datado do dia 11 de fevereiro de 2015, a Rua São Paulo, entre a Avenida Primavera e a Rua Dr. Pirajá da Silva, ficaria interditada no Carnaval nos dias 15 e 17 de fevereiro, das 19h às 24h, portando os cavaletes teriam que ser retirados da via pública no horário final determinado, sendo que na hora dos fatos, às 2h do dia 15, os mesmos não poderiam estar no meio do caminho.

O curioso é que Jhon bateu em um cavalete e pouco adiante bateu em outro cavalete! Se houvesse mais um em cada cruzamento até o Conjunto Habitacional Parque Prefeito Victor Arnaldo Torrezan, provavelmente seu veículo daria PT!
