Após denúncia que alguns procedimentos não eram realizados na cidade, mas em municípios vizinhos, Prefeitura se manifestou sobre os casos

A Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito, por meio do Departamento Municipal de Saúde, explicou a situação dos exames que são realizados na cidade.
Após uma denúncia de uma moradora que alguns procedimentos não eram realizados na cidade, mas em municípios vizinhos, como em São Carlos, a Prefeitura se manifestou sobre os casos.
De acordo como Departamento de Saúde, cada município pactua os exames com seus prestadores conforme a necessidade, respeitando o teto financeiro repassado pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). “Municípios maiores, neste caso São Carlos, contratam exames que são de complexidade de especialidades, que os municípios pequenos normalmente não dispõem. Esses exames, por sua vez, quando solicitados por médicos de São Carlos são disponibilizados para os munícipes da região a qual São Carlos é referência”, explicou em nota.
Segundo o Departamento de Saúde, o que aconteceu com Renata Franquim, que sofreu um Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC) há quatro anos, é que a paciente precisou ser encaminhada para a auditoria médica no Centro Municipal de Especialidades (CEME) de São Carlos e na consulta foram solicitados alguns exames que fazem parte da relação de análises ofertadas para a peculiaridade da médica que a atendeu, motivo pela qual não conseguiu realizá-los no Laboratório Maricondi pelo SUS.
“O que ocorre em alguns casos é que os pacientes preferem fazer os exames no laboratório daqui, mediante a facilidade do transporte, mesmo sabendo que nossa relação de exames pelo SUS é limitada. Quando isso ocorre os mesmos são orientados se na guia têm exames a serem pagos”, apontou a nota.
