Homem é preso após ameaçar sua própria mãe
Indivíduo foi detido com o carro da vítima e R$ 100. Essa não é a primeira vez que isso acontece e delegado pede a sua prisão

Um homem foi detido na manhã desta sexta-feira (30) em Dourado após importunar a sua própria mãe, agredi-la, pedir dinheiro para comprar drogas, bem como utilizar o carro da vítima e desrespeitar uma medida protetiva que a mesma teria contra ele.
A vítima, T.A., acionou a Polícia Militar e informou que seu filho, J.A.N., de 33 anos, teria ido até a sua residência na noite da quinta-feira (29) e desobedecendo a Ordem Judicial, compareceu em sua residência e exigiu que a ela lhe emprestasse seu carro, dizendo que se não o fizesse, iria ver o que acontecia, e quando foi informado que não poderia estar ali, o mesmo desferiu um soco no vidro traseiro do veículo, trincando-o.
Temendo as ameaças do filho, T.A. cedeu e emprestou seu veículo para ele e quando retornou na manhã de sexta-feira, bastante alterado, exigiu R$100 para compra de drogas, sendo que temendo por sua integridade física, deu o dinheiro e J.A.N. que deixou o local, dirigindo o veículo da vítima, enquanto a mesma acionou a Polícia Militar, que logo o deteve na Alameda das Tulipas, no Jardim das Flores.
Segundo T.A., seu filho fica constantemente lhe importunando, exigindo dinheiro para compra de drogas e também para seu sustento, uma vez que não possui renda, pois apesar de ser funcionário público municipal, encontra-se afastado, sem remuneração.
A vítima disse ainda que por diversas vezes foi ameaçada de morte pelo filho, caso não cedesse a suas exigências, chegando inclusive a ser agredida fisicamente em várias oportunidades, porém, não chegou a registrar ocorrências de todos os fatos.
Em uma das agressões, T.A. procurou a Delegacia de Policia de Dourado, que solicitou ao Meritíssimo Juíz de Direito da Comarca de Ribeirão Bonito medidas protetivas para que seu filho permaneça distante dela, e lhe dê um pouco de paz.
Após a prisão de J.A.N, sua mãe foi até a DP onde recebeu seu veículo de volta, juntamente com o dinheiro, R$100, que havia dado para o filho. Diante da situação, T.A. desejou representar contra o rapaz, nos termos da legislação vigente, pois teme por sua vida, visto que o mesmo não respeita nem Ordem Judicial de ficar distante dela.
O delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado solicitou um pedido de prisão a J.A.N. por descumprimento a ordem Judicial, sendo acatado pela Justiça e o homem encaminhado ao Centro de Triagem de São Carlos.
