Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito não cumpre acordo e deixa de pagar Bolsa Faculdade
Estudantes correm o risco de ter que parar os estudos caso o valor cobrado pela Trevisan Escola de Negócios não seja acertado

O prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito, Francisco José Campaner (PSDB), não cumpriu o acordo firmado com a Trevisan Escola de Negócios e deixou de pagar o “Programa Bolsa Faculdade”. A unidade de ensino enviou um ofício cobrando a atual administração em relação aos últimos dois semestres, referentes ao ano de 2017.
Em documento enviado a Prefeitura, destinado ao prefeito Chiquinho Campaner, a Trevisan Escola de Negócios cobra o valor de R$ 36.360,00, referente aos semestres 2017-1 e 2017-2 e afirma esperar o pagamento por parte da administração.
Com isso, nove alunos correm o risco de ter que parar os estudos devido a fata de pagamento da administração com a universidade.
Os alunos ingressarão neste ano de 2018 no 5º semestre, só que para fazer a rematrícula, é necessário que os valores pendentes sejam quitados, e eles não tem condições, até mesmo por isso são bolsistas.
Os estudantes estão preocupados, até mesmo pelo fato de alguns não ter condições de arcar com os custos cobrados, referentes aos semestres anteriores, e de continuar pagando a mensalidade a partir deste momento.
O interessante, que em agosto de 2017, Chiquinho Campaner enviou um ofício a Trevisan Escola de Negócios, onde assinou, firmando o compromisso de pagar os dois semestres em janeiro de 2018, o que não aconteceu, e que a partir desse momento pagaria mensalmente o valor das bolsas.

No edital com data de 24 de novembro de 2015, assinado pelo ex-prefeito prefeito Wilson Forte Junior (PSDB), a Trevisan Escola de Negócios foi a única instituição privada de ensino superior, habilitada a participar do “Programa Bolsa Faculdade” oferecida pelo município, de acordo com a Lei nº 2450, de 6 de maio de 2015, e Decreto Municipal nº 2448, de 3 de novembro de 2015..
De acordo com os documentos, a faculdade disponibilizará 20 bolsas de estudo integrais para o 1° semestre letivo de 2016, para os inscritos no programa e que forem aprovados no Vestibular.
O que chama a atenção é que segundo a Lei nº 2450 /15, “As bolsas de estudos serão concedidas por um semestre letivo, podendo ser renovadas por igual período, até a conclusão do curso, obedecidas as exigências mínimas, os compromissos assumidos pelos alunos, o interesse da instituição de ensino em continuar participando do programa, a programação financeira e demais critérios estabelecidos na lei, de acordo com o artigo 3º, §2º da Lei nº2450 /15”.
