Curso Pré-Vestibular da UFSCar recebe inscrições em processo seletivo para 2010
São oferecidas 220 vagas para turmas de um ou dois anos. Inscrições devem ser feitas pessoalmente no Núcleo UFSCar-Escola, até 5 de outubro
Até o dia 5 de outubro, o curso Pré-Vestibular da UFSCar está recebendo inscrições para o processo seletivo das turmas de 2010. No total são oferecidas 220 vagas, voltadas para alunos que estarão cursando o 3º ano do Ensino Médio em 2010, ou que já tenham concluído a série. O Pré-Vestibular da UFSCar existe desde 1999 e é voltado a moradores de São Carlos e região, especialmente aqueles que não têm condições de frequentar um curso pré-vestibular da iniciativa privada.
Para inscrever-se, os interessados devem comparecer ao Núcleo UFSCar-Escola, apresentando carteira de identidade, CPF e comprovante de depósito bancário referente à taxa de inscrição, no valor de R$ 10. O depósito deve ser feito no Banco do Brasil, agência 1888-0, C/C 7215-X. O Núcleo UFSCar-Escola está localizado na área Sul do campus São Carlos da UFSCar, atrás do edifício do Centro de Educação e Ciências Humanas (CECH) da Universidade. O horário de atendimento é de segunda à sexta, das 18h30 às 22 horas, e aos sábados e domingos, das 9 às 17 horas.
No ato da inscrição, será agendado com cada candidato uma data para preenchimento do questionário sócio-econômico, que deve ser feito entre os dias 14 e 30 de outubro. Na ocasião, os interessados também apresentarão outros documentos. No dia 6 de dezembro (domingo), os candidatos que entregaram a documentação completa e preenchido o questionário, passarão por uma avaliação de conceitos básicos. A prova será aplicada às 14 horas, nos edifícios de aulas teóricas AT1 e AT2, na área Sul do campus da UFSCar.
Os interessados deverão optar por uma das duas modalidades de curso oferecidas pelo Pré-Vestibular da UFSCar. As turmas de um ano abordam especificamente toda a programação exigida dos vestibulares. As aulas são de segunda à sexta, das 19h às 22h35 e aos sábados, das 8h10 às 12h15. Outra opção são as turmas de dois anos, divididas em duas etapas. A primeira consta de aulas de matemática básica, de interpretação e produção de texto, que são fundamentais para o vestibular e para o acompanhamento/aprendizagem nas outras disciplinas, além de aulas com conteúdos e didática diferenciados que abordam temas e conteúdos de vestibular de uma forma inovadora. Na segunda etapa é que são trabalhados os conteúdos da programação dos vestibulares, Na primeira etapa, as aulas acontecem de segunda à sexta, das 19h15 às 22h30. Na segunda etapa, os horários são os mesmos praticados na turmas de um ano.
A divulgação dos resultados do processo seletivo do Pré-Vestibular da UFSCar será feita em fevereiro de 2010. As aulas também têm início no próximo ano. Mais informações podem ser obtidas pelo telefone (16) 3351-8433.
