PM realizava operação quando um ônibus escolar passou e alguns passageiros fizeram gestos obscenos

Dois estudantes, um de 16 anos e outro de 11, foram detidos na tarde desta terça-feira (12), acusados de fazerem gestos obscenos para os policiais militares que estavam em serviço na Avenida da Saudade, no Jardim Heliana, em Ribeirão Bonito.
Por volta das 17h45min a Polícia Militar efetuava operação no local quando um ônibus de transporte de estudantes passou e alguns passageiros fizeram gestos obscenos para os policiais, que seguiram o veículo e deram ordem de parada ao motorista. Ao realizar a abordagem dois menores foram identificados como suspeitos pelo ato.
Diante dos fatos o Conselho Tutelar foi acionado e todos encaminhados a Delegacia de Polícia. No Plantão Policial os jovens foram ouvidos junto com seus responsáveis e declaram que não fizeram os gestos aos PMs, e indicaram outros colegas, também menores, pelo ato.
A Polícia Civil elaborou Boletim de Ocorrência por ato infracional e os adolescentes foram liberados.
