Área pública se transforma em “lixão” em Guarapiranga
Segundo os moradores, problema persiste há meses e nada é feito para solucioná-lo

O problema do descarte de entulhos em um terreno que pertence a Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito, localizado no cruzamento das ruas João Monte e Henrique Fernandes, no jardim Sartori, no distrito de Guarapiranga, persiste há meses.
Os moradores reclamam da situação e denunciam que uma parte do entulho acumulado foi jogada pela própria população e outra pela prefeitura. “Esse lixo menor foi população e esse sofá também, mas esses arames, geladeira, parte reciclável é da Prefeitura. Não deu para eu tirar uma foto do caminhão da prefeitura deixando aqui”, disse um leitor do Portal RB Na Rede, que preferiu não ser identificado com medo de represálias.
O terreno fica em frente ao Centro Comunitário do Distrito de Guarapiranga e na planta baixa é uma área destinada para a construção de uma praça, mas pelo o que pode ser observado, a Prefeitura nunca se mobilizou em fazer algo no local.
Esse problema de descarte irregular de lixo e entulhos ocorre por todos os lados. Basta sair para uma caminhada e encontramos esses descartes em terrenos e estradas de terra próximas à cidade.
A solução é simples e requer pouquíssimo investimento.
Bastaria a prefeitura criar algumas “ADRs” ou Área de Descarte de Resíduos. Pequenas áreas cercadas com tela, porém com acesso livre todos os dias, algo como 30x30metros, talvez uma em Guarapiranga em umas 3 em Rib. Bonito.
Essas áreas receberiam o descarte de pequenos restos de entulho que poderiam ser jogados diretamente em uma caçamba, restos de madeira, móveis e eletrodomésticos velhos, até mesmo lixo doméstico (com um contêiner para tal) e quem trabalha com reciclagem poderia aproveitar esses matérias; o restante a coleta recolheria.
Isso funciona em várias cidades e fica tudo muito organizado.
O morador, erroneamente, acaba descartando seus resíduos em local impróprio por falta de opção. Alguns resíduos os coletores de lixo não recolhem e por ser pouco, não justifica a contratação de uma caçamba. E isso emporcalha a periferia e as estradas.
Bastaria a criação dessas áreas e um arrastão de limpeza para que tudo se organizasse em pouco tempo. O deslocamento do morador com seu lixo seria para a ADR e não mais para a rodovia.
Fica a sugestão.
A solução é multar os porcões, a começar pela prefeitura!
