Um homem acionou a Polícia Militar que foi atrás dos criminosos que fugiram por uma mata

Uma tentativa de assalto a uma pousada no Centro de Ribeirão Bonito terminou com perseguição na manhã desta quinta-feira (9). Os criminosos conseguiram fugir após pegar uma estrada vicinal e se embrearem em uma mata.
Os policiais, Cabo Fábio Luiz e Soldado Willian, faziam patrulhamento pela cidade quando um homem informou que indivíduos, supostamente armados, em um carro branco, estariam rondando uma pousada, chegando a indicar que iriam roubar o estabelecimento, e comércios na região central da cidade.
Com as informações, os militares suspeitaram de um veículo que saiu da cidade pela estrada vicinal “George de Almeida Freitas”, que liga o município ao distrito de Guarapiranga, e seguiram o carro, e pediram apoio para São Carlos, com o Capitão Nucci e Cabos Jader e Alípio, e Araraquara.
Na perseguição, os suspeitos passaram por Guarapiranga e seguiram na vicinal “Abílio Augusto Correa” e ao perceberem que seriam abordados, abandonaram o veículo, um Renault 19, com o motor ligado e fugiram por uma mata.
A Polícia Militar montaram um cerco, inclusive com apoio do helicóptero Águia de Ribeirão Preto, mas os suspeitos não foram encontrados.
A ocorrência foi apresentada na Delegacia de Polícia de Ribeirão Bonito, que agora investigará o caso. Os indivíduos são suspeitos de estarem praticando furtos e roubos nas cidades da região.
