Bolsa Família: os 10 anos de uma revolução

O Bolsa Família fez e faz tanto pelo Brasil que todo brasileiro acaba sendo beneficiado por ele. Esse slogan do governo federal sintetiza a importância deste que é o maior programa de transferência de renda do mundo e que acaba de completar dez anos. O Bolsa Família do Lula e o Brasil sem Miséria da presidenta Dilma Rousseff atendem 13 milhões de famílias – cerca de 50 milhões de pessoas. Com eles, 36 milhões de brasileiros saíram da miséria e se tornaram cidadãos de fato.
Durante a celebração de aniversário, a ministra do Desenvolvimento Social, Tereza Campello, mostrou que o programa é muito mais do que a distribuição de renda – o que já seria um ganho num país em que a desigualdade social sempre foi crônica. Criado pelo presidente Lula em 2003, o Bolsa Família foi o marco inicial das políticas de inclusão implementadas pelo Partido dos Trabalhadores.
Os resultados saltam aos olhos. Nesta última década, foi registrada uma queda significativa do déficit de altura por idade, principal indicador da desnutrição infantil; da mortalidade por diarreia, que caiu 46%; e um aumento significativo da vacinação – 99,1% entre as crianças do Bolsa Família são vacinadas. “A mãe fez o pré-natal, se alimentou; o menino nasceu com peso adequado, tomou vacinas, comeu direito e venceu. Está onde seus pais nunca estiveram; chegou aos cinco anos em condição similar a das demais crianças e está pronto para entrar na escola”, relatou, em tom emocionado, a ministra Tereza Campello. Os resultados na educação não são diferentes. Hoje, os filhos das famílias mais pobres abandonam menos a escola. A frequência mínima exigida é de 85%, contra os 75% da rede. A taxa de aprovação dos estudantes do Bolsa Família no Ensino Básico alcançou a média nacional, enquanto no Ensino Médio essa taxa já foi ultrapassada.
E por que o Bolsa Família é bom para o todos os brasileiros? Porque o efeito multiplicador no PIB de cada R$ 1,00 investido pelo programa, é de R$ 1,78. E tem mais: toda essa revolução social custa apenas 0,46% do PIB. Há vários dados sobre o programa; sugiro conferir a apresentação da ministra no link zip.net/bcllsG.
A maioria dos brasileiros está feliz com os bons resultados do programa. Mas um brasileiro, em especial, tem ainda mais motivos para comemorar. “Começaria outra vez pelo Bolsa Família”, disse o ex-presidente Lula. Além de ser o propulsor do programa e de apostar em seu êxito, ele sofreu uma série de ataques pela criação do Bolsa Família. Não nos esqueçamos que a oposição, em particular, o PSDB, dizia que o PT havia criado um “Bolsa Esmola”; que o programa era eleitoreiro, populista e paternalista, entre outros impropérios. Agora, os tucanos parecem ter se rendido ao sucesso do Bolsa Família, tanto que o senador Aécio Neves apresentou um projeto para torná-lo um programa de Estado; permanente, portanto. Antes tarde do que nunca…
Por essas e por outras, o ex-presidente Lula merece todo o respeito e admiração. Durante a semana, ele recebeu duas homenagens da Câmara dos Deputados: a medalha da Comenda Suprema Distinção, pela trajetória política; e a medalha Constituinte, pela participação da elaboração da Carta Magna de 1988. Essas homenagens se somam a uma centena de honrarias, títulos de Doctor Honoris Causa e a prêmios. O maior dos quais, porém, é sem dúvida ele ser o ex-presidente da República mais querido e reconhecido pelo povo brasileiro. Parabéns, Lula! O sonho de acabar com a fome do brasileiro se tornou realidade. E os pobres, além de comerem o peixe, aprendem a pescar.
PS. Obrigado, presidenta Dilma, por presentear São Carlos – nos seus 156 anos – com R$ 56 milhões para novas obras, sem olhar a cor partidária do prefeito. E um parabéns especial ao povo são-carlense, protagonista maior do nosso sucesso.

Dando “esmola” a pessoas q são deixadas a margem da miséria.
Um governante que se preocupa com a geral não da esmola, da emprego e vida digna e não dinheiro pro cara gastar.
Pega um peixe grande divide pra milhões e espera ser chama de Jesus pq multiplica, quando que o correto era dar uma vara e ensinar cada um deles pescar.
Parabéns Governo PT, Vende Matéria Prima a preço de Banana pra fora pega o dinheiro de da esmola aos que deveriam dar emprego e vida digna.
Assim que se compra voto dentro da legalidade e com o próprio dinheiro publico sem precisar ser desviado.
Sem citar que muita gente que tem um poder aquisitivo alto também recebe o tal beneficio, assim como na nossa própria cidade já vi o cara descer de um carro que vale por volta de uns 60 ou 80mil e ir pro caixa eletrônico sacar seu bolsa família, depois vc anda um pouco e encontra uma família passando necessidade com mãe doente e desempregada e não recebe Bolsa Família.
