Câmara de Ribeirão Bonito aprova CP contra prefeito

Objetivo é investigar supostas irregularidades na contratação de pessoas para realizar a limpeza e coleta de lixo da cidade

Com o plenário lotado, a Câmara Municipal de Ribeirão Bonito aprovou na sessão ordinária desta segunda-feira (21) a abertura de uma Comissão Processante (CP) investigar supostas irregularidades cometidas pelo atual prefeito Francisco José Campaner (PSDB) na contratação de pessoas para realizar a limpeza e coleta de lixo da cidade.
A denúncia partiu de um morador que apresentou na Casa de Leis as possíveis irregularidades e após o relatório da Comissão Especial de Inquérito (CEI), foi aprovada a CP por quatro votos favoráveis, Armando Luís Lombardo Simões (PODEMOS), Leandro Donizetti Mascaro (DEM), Galego, Manoelito da Silva Gomes (DEM) e Valdinei de Oliveira (DEM), três contrários, João Victor Machado Borges (PSB), José Eraldo Chiavoloni (DEM) e Nelson de Souza (PSB), e uma abstenção Regivaldo Rodrigues da Silva (PSDB), Reginho. O presidente da Câmara, Dimas Tadeu Lima (DEM), não vota, conforme o regimento.
Após a aprovação da CP, foram sorteados os integrantes, sendo Reginho o presidente, Galego o relator e João Victor, membro.
Agora os membros da CP têm 90 dias para concluir os trabalhos e definir o futuro do prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito.
