Motorista apresentava sinais de embriaguez e perdeu o controle do veículo

Um veículo bateu em uma defensa metálica na noite deste sábado (8) na Rodovia Luís Augusto de Oliveira (SP-215), em Ribeirão Bonito.
Segundo informações, o condutor de um Fiesta, preto, com placas de Ibaté, seguia sentido Ribeirão Bonito, quando no Km 179,7 perdeu o controle do veículo e bateu na defensa metálica da via.
Com o impacto, o carro ficou com a frente destruída e o guard rail chegou a entortar. Por sorte o motorista nada sofreu e não precisou ser socorrido.
A Polícia Rodoviária foi acionada e quando chegou ao local do acidente percebeu que o motorista apresentava sinais visíveis de embriaguez como fala pastosa, odor etílico, olhos vermelhos e cambaleando, não conseguindo parar em pé.
Ao ser submetido ao teste do etilômetro, o famoso bafômetro, o aparelho apontou que havia menos de 0,34 miligramas de álcool por litro de ar no corpo do jovem, não atingindo o índice de criminalidade, devido a isso foi elaborada apenas a multa e a parte administrativa.
A Polícia Militar de Ribeirão Bonito esteve no local auxiliando e orientando o trânsito.
