A chuva fraca que começou a cair no começo da noite deste domingo (10) em Ribeirão Bonito não atrapalhou o Carnaval de Rua. A festa popular foi aberta pela Escola de Samba Unidos de Ribeirão Bonito. Em seguida diversos blocos da cidade se apresentaram.
O Prefeito Wilson Forte Junior (PMDB), Nenê Forte, e a primeira-dama Heloísa Guedes Torrezan acompanharam todo o desfile.
O Bloco Pito Aceso, de Brotas, que tinha confirmado presença não compareceu, e segundo informações o motivo seria o mau tempo.
O desfile foi acompanhado por centenas de pessoas que tomaram as calçadas ao longo da Rua São Paulo.
