Creci entra na luta contra a Dengue

Com os casos de dengue crescendo a cada vez mais no Estado, o Conselho Regional dos Corretores de Imóveis do Estado de São Paulo (Creci-SP), lança uma campanha contra a doença, com o intuito de transformar os corretores em agentes de combate. A ação, que conta com o apoio da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde, foi divulgada no dia 15 de abril e se prolongará até o fim do mês.
Muitas casas à venda ou disponíveis para aluguel se encontram pela cidade e, de acordo com o delegado regional Werdeçon Mathes Junior, o Stubé, podem se tornar focos de criadouros de larvas do mosquito da dengue. “Nosso objetivo é conscientizar as imobiliárias e pedir que os corretores ajam como fiscais, verificando a situação das casas que estão fechadas”, afirma Stubé.
Segundo Stubé, o conselho realiza ações contra a dengue todos os anos, porém, neste ano resolveram modificar o foco da campanha. “Antes, nós chamávamos a mídia e mostrávamos os membros do Creci indo às casas. Nesse ano, resolvemos fazer o corpo a corpo com todos os corretores para caçar votos contra a dengue”, relata o delegado regional.
O Creci disponibilizou um adesivo, para ser colocado nas casas vazias após a vistoria, identificado as casas já visitadas. Os corretores deverão apresentar um relatório ao conselho, mostrando como estava a situação da resistência desocupada. “Nós iremos detectar o foco e avisar ao setor de responsável”, esclarece Stubé.
O Creci da região central do Estado de São Paulo é responsável por 28 cidades, incluindo Ribeirão Bonito e Dourado, onde o delegado regional esteve presente nesta quarta-feira (24).
