Uma das grandes preocupações das mães é como organizar a vida escolar dos filhos e como fazer com que as crianças iniciem os bons hábitos de planejamento e organização

Chegou ao fim mais um período de férias, é o momento de retomar a rotina e se preparar para a volta às aulas dos filhos. O problema desse período não é apenas a questão da matrícula, uniforme e material escolar, que por natureza geram correria, gastos e estresse, mas também o dia-a-dia escolar, lições, trabalhos, provas etc.
Uma das grandes preocupações das mães é como organizar a vida escolar dos filhos e como fazer com que as crianças iniciem os bons hábitos de planejamento e organização. A resposta para isso é, em primeiro lugar, não transforme a administração do tempo e a ordem em uma atividade chata ou complexa. Ela deve ser uma tarefa gostosa e que não se torne uma rotina para a criança e/ou adolescente. Aliás, quando bem feito, esse planejamento ajuda também a aumentar a interação familiar.
Para crianças acima dos 11 anos de idade, recomendo que seja utilizada a tecnologia como forma de envolvê-los. Toda criança a partir dessa idade já deve ser um heavy user de Facebook, Twitter, jogos online, e-mail, entre outros. Então, por que não colocar a agenda escolar e os afazeres na Internet também? Você pode usar o Neotriad ou Google Calendar para isso.
Para ajudar, selecionei o que deve ser colocado nessa agenda:
1 – Agende os compromissos fixos: horário das aulas (compromissos), data de provas, data de atividades extra-curriculares com dia fixo (inglês, natação etc) e aniversário dos colegas, passeios escolares, festas;
2 – Atividades antecipadas: estimule seu filho a criar uma tarefa com dois a três dias de antecipação à data do evento principal. Por exemplo: se ele vai ter prova de história na quinta-feira, marque uma tarefa para a segunda-feira: “estudar para prova de história”, e assim por diante com trabalhos e outras atividades. Se a matéria para estudar for muito grande, divida em mais de um dia;
3 – Estimule a centralização: quando ele voltar da escola a primeira ação é passar tudo o que as professoras enviaram de atividades, trabalhos, compras e material. Isso ajudará na organização para que ele não se perca com as datas;
4 – Delegar tarefas para os pais: se a professora solicitar uma foto dos avós para ele levar à escola, ele precisará ir no sistema, criar uma tarefa e delegar para a mãe com antecedência. Desta forma, você ficará sabendo o que precisa fazer antes da hora e ele criará a responsabilidade de delegar, entendendo que ele é o responsável pelo resultado final (entrega).
As mães também precisam compartilhar a agenda do filho com as delas, assim tudo o que ele anotar será monitorado. Inclua também o pai nessa atividade, ele precisa estar ciente do que acontece e ter condições de realizar algumas das tarefas agendadas.
Ao estimular os filhos logo cedo, eles criam bons hábitos que os ajudarão na vida profissional. Já para quem tem crianças pequenas (a partir dos 4 anos), a técnica também funciona, mas, neste caso, você precisa criar um quadro e colocar no quarto delas para estimular esse “planejamento visual”.
A realização deste projeto familiar, além de eficaz, é uma ótima oportunidade de aproveitar o tempo ao lado dos filhos. Organize-se e boa volta às aulas!
