Estudantes de Ribeirão Bonito estão sem receber auxílio previsto em Lei
Lei municipal prevê beneficio aos alunos que estão matriculados em unidades de ensino de nível universitário ou técnico em Araraquara ou São Carlos

Os estudantes de nível universitário ou técnico que residem em Ribeirão Bonito e frequentam as aulas em cidades vizinhas, como São Carlos e Araraquara, estão sem receber o beneficio que auxilia nos custos com o transporte há dois. O benefício está previsto em Lei.
Segundo um grupo de estudantes que procurou o Portal RB Na Rede, a prefeitura não depositou a quantia na conta dos beneficiários dos meses de agosto e setembro.
A prefeitura teria até esta segunda-feira (21) para efetuar os pagamentos e não ficar em débito com os estudantes, o que não foi feito.
Procurada, a prefeitura afirmou que devido a falta de repasses dos Governos Federal e Estadual está passando por um momento financeiro difícil, mas que pretende regularizar a situação.
Essa não é primeira vez que a prefeitura atrasa para repassar o subsidio aos estudantes, em outubro de 2014 os alunos também ficaram dois meses sem receber o auxílio.
Lei – A Lei 2047, de 8 de maio de 2009, autoriza o Poder Executivo Municipal em subsidiar o transporte de alunos para cidade vizinhas, em cursos técnicos e de graduação.
Para fazer jus ao benefício previsto na Lei, os estudantes deverão comprovar que residem em Ribeirão Bonito e que estão matriculados em estabelecimentos de nível universitário ou técnico devidamente instalados em São Carlos e Araraquara.
A bolsa-auxílio transporte corresponde ao número de meses letivos do estudante, independentemente do curso a que esteja matriculado, limitando-se a nove parcelas por ano.
O estudante para ter direito à bolsa-auxílio transporte, deverá, obrigatoriamente, apresentar um atestado do estabelecimento de ensino no qual está matriculado, especificando os dias da semana em que está distribuída a carga horária correspondente a seu curso, de modo que o benefício seja efetivamente concedido de acordo com a sua necessidade ao transporte.
