Ex-prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito é multado pelo TCE
Paulo Veiga terá que pagar 200 Ufesp’s totalizando um valor de R$ 4.250

O ex-prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito, Paulo Antonio Gobato Veiga (PPS), foi multado pelo Tribunal de Contas do estado (TCE) em processo apartado das contas do exercício de 2012 sobre o efeito cascata no pagamento de adicional por tempo de serviços e duplicidade na remuneração de adicional por tempo de serviço aos servidores.
Paulo Veiga terá que pagar uma multa de 200 Unidades Fiscais do Estado de São Paulo (Ufesp’s), sendo que cada Ufesp em 2015 tem o valor de R$ 21,25, totalizando de R$ 4.250.
O auditor Samy Wurman julgou irregular e determinou a adequação dos vencimentos dos servidores da Prefeitura à legislação de regência.
O valor da multa deve ser recolhido em 30 dias, contado do trânsito em julgado da decisão, em consonância ao disposto na Lei Estadual n.º 11.077/2002 e também devidamente comprovado perante ao Tribunal de Contas.
O atual prefeito de Ribeirão Bonito, Wilson Forte Junior (PMDB), Nenê Forte, tem um prazo de 60 dias para demonstrar as medidas adotadas, diante o julgamento desfavorável da matéria, sob pena de ser-lhe aplicada a sanção pecuniária prevista no artigo 104, III, da Lei Orgânica desta Corte de Contas.
Wurman determinou que a decisão seja encaminhada à Câmara Municipal de Ribeirão Bonito e que Ministério Público seja oficializado para conhecimento e eventual adoção de medidas em sua esfera de atribuições.
A decisão foi publicada no Diário Oficial desta quarta-feira (29) na página 18 do caderno Poder Legislativo.
