Menor que furtou ônibus em Ribeirão Bonito e caiu sobre casa em São Carlos é apreendido

A Polícia Civil de Ribeirão Bonito apreendeu, na tarde desta segunda-feira (7), o menor, de 17 anos, que furtou um ônibus da Viação Araçatuba, no Terminal Rodoviário “Prefeito Luís Caron Celestino”, e caiu em cima de uma casa no Jardim Gonzaga, em São Carlos. A determinação para o adolescente cumprir medidas socioeducativas foi expedida pela Justiça, pelo Juiz Dr. Victor Trevizan Cove, na sexta-feira (4), que pediu a internação provisória do garoto.
Com o mandado de busca e apreensão, os policiais civis, Igor e Carlos Eduardo, foram em busca do menor e acabaram o encontrado pela avenida Irmãos Zeraik. O adolescente não resistiu a apreensão.
Os policiais civis levaram o menor até a Delegacia de Polícia de Ribeirão Bonito, onde foi elaborado de Boletim de Ocorrência de apreensão de adolescente, e em seguida encaminharam em juízo para audiência de apresentação.
Após a audiência de apresentação, o adolescente foi encaminhado para o Núcleo de Atendimento Integrado (NAI) de São Carlos, onde aguarda vaga em uma das unidades da Fundação CASA.
Além do furto do ônibus, o menor também foi apreendido por subtrair uma motocicleta e por envolvimento com drogas.

Esse mesmo adolescente é conhecido nos meios policiais por envolvimento com drogas e realizar furtos na cidade de Ribeirão Bonito. Além de furtar o ônibus na madrugada do dia 30 de abril, no dia 24 de abril, o menor levou uma motocicleta em frente ao Ginásio de Esportes “Dr. José Blota Jr” e na madrugada do dia 25 foi apreendido pela Polícia Militar, onde confessou o crime e o veículo acabou recuperado, sendo conduzido ao Plantão Policial de São Carlos, porém liberado após prestar esclarecimentos.
