Este artigo é voltado a pessoas que estão um tanto quanto desgostosas com o complexo mercado de contratações do Brasil

Atualmente tenho 39 anos e trabalho desde os 14 anos com carteira assinada, porém, sem carteira assinada trabalho desde os 7 anos. Mas isso não é novidade para quem tem a minha idade, o que está me intrigando é o seguinte:
Fiz vários cursos nas mais diversas áreas e nas mais diversas instituições, fiz até o 5º semestre em Administração de Empresas e agora estou no ultimo ano de Logística, tenho formação técnica em TI e vários cursos na área de TI, Administração e negócios.
Atualmente estou desempregado, na verdade estou desempregado há pelo menos três meses. Meu último cargo foi o de coordenador de suporte, porém, na função eu era praticamente um gerente. Gostava muito do que fazia, porém devido à “crise que o Brasil não está passando” segundo o governo, fui demitido. Desde então, saio diariamente levando currículos e também envio em sites e pelo insólito Facebook.
Agora vamos lá, ao problema que enfrento. Fui a várias entrevistas e ouço sempre as mesmas desculpas esfarrapadas: “seu currículo é muito bom para a vaga”, ou “seu último salário era muito alto”, ou pior “você tem muita experiência, porém não tem formação superior”. Bom, com isso fui para centros metropolitanos maiores como Campinas, que fica a 40 minutos da cidade onde moro. E agora sim, além das mesmas desculpas agora escuto “sua cidade é muito longe, não tem como fazer a contratação”, e quando respondo que mudaria fico “sem resposta”.
As empresas estão com vagas abertas, o profissional está na frente do responsável por contratações. Mas aí acontece algo do “tipo gol sem goleiro, e o chute vai para foooora” e ouço sempre desculpas.•.
Como provo que não sou competente com meia hora de conversa? Como provo que não sou competente sem ter um canudo, mas muita experiência?
Trabalhei em várias empresas exercendo a mesma função, mas o fato de ter experiência não diz nada, ou o fato de ter formação X ou Y, pois toda vez que entramos em uma empresa e começamos a caminhar, na verdade estamos engatinhando como bebês, pois cada empresa opera de uma forma. Não existe uma fórmula que te capacite ou gabarite de uma maneira global.
Trabalhei em uma empresa que não tinha nenhum processo, e esta empresa já existe há mais de 20 anos em franca expansão, como também trabalhei em outra que havia processos até para os colaboradores irem ao banheiro, e que também está em franca expansão.
Trabalhei em outra que estava introduzindo processos, e estava uma loucura só, pois os processos eram decididos pela manhã, no almoço, quando estava tudo pronto para implantar. Um dos diretores mudava de ideia, e com isso os rumos do processo. À tarde, outro diretor mudava novamente para iniciarmos no próximo dia, e mesmo assim a empresa está em crescimento, e com a frase de um dos diretores em plena reunião estratégica “sem processos há mais de 13 anos e ainda estamos crescendo, só pode ser com a ajuda de Deus”.
O que estou querendo dizer com tudo isso? Que por mais experiência e conhecimento que o indivíduo tenha, cada empresa “funciona” de uma forma única. Os processos não se aplicam de uma empresa para outra, a globalização obsoletou os processos, pois a dinâmica esta muito rápida. E fazer aquele benchmark que fazia com que os processos bons fossem copiados agora não funciona mais.
Então, não se julgue tão esperto por ter um portfólio de processos mentalizados e muito conhecimento, pois a globalização acabou de inutilizar este portfólio.
E em relação ao fato de estar bem, estável em uma empresa e com um bom salário, sinto lhe informar que a maré vai subir e depois descer, e você estará engrossando a fila de entregadores de currículos. Ah, e aquela network que você tem, que está saindo proposta pelo “ladrão”, quando estiveres nesta longa e grossa fila, não vão passar de amigos de Facebook, LinkedIn e outros.
PS. Não é uma praga, e sim uma realidade cruel.
Ah, aí você está exagerando, tem hora que o mercado é cruel mesmo mas se você não consegue emprego, porque não tentar estágios? Porque não tentar concursos? Porque não tentar trabalhar como autônomo/Free lancer? Porque não aproveitar o tempo em casa pra buscar cursos novos pra se aprimorar? Porque não aproveitar pra fazer uma faculdade, técnico ou cursinho pré-vestibular gratuitos?
Oportunidade tem, e há muito tempo que diploma de curso superior e pré-requisito para muitas vagas, algumas o pré-requisito é até mesmo uma pós graduação. Além disso, Ribeirão é muito pequena, sem oportunidades decentes em várias áreas (TI, por exemplo). Quem é malandro tem que cair fora mesmo, ir para cidades maiores. É um pouco caótico, mas a experiência e o dinheiro compensam pro futuro.
