Homem é preso por agredir mulher em Ribeirão Bonito

Acusado de Violência Doméstica, crime que se enquadra na Lei Maria da Penha

Um homem, de 37 anos, foi preso pela Polícia Militar, na madrugada deste domingo (16), após agredir a sua companheira. O fato aconteceu pelo bairro Boa Vista, em Ribeirão Bonito.
Por volta da 1h, a Polícia Militar foi acionada para atender um chamado de agressão, onde uma mulher estava ferida.
Os policiais, cabos Marcel e Luiz Augusto, foram até o local indicado, onde encontraram a mulher, de 42 anos, chorando e com hematoma no rosto ao lado esquerdo e o homem dentro da residência já em repouso.
Questionada sobre o que houve, a mulher disse que o homem havia lhe agredido, diante dos fatos, os militares entraram na residência do agressor e deram voz de prisão ao mesmo.
O homem foi conduzido até a Delegacia Seccional de São Carlos, onde funciona o Plantão Policial, e o delegado plantonista ratificou a prisão em flagrante do mesmo, acusado pela mulher de Agressão/Violência Doméstica, crimes enquadrados na Lei Maria da Penha.
Agora, o homem deverá passar por audiência de custódia.
