Homem que furtou imagem de Nossa Senhora Aparecida é condenado em Ribeirão Bonito
Justiça determinou a prisão de Roberto Carlos Albano Faisting, de 33 anos, a três anos e quatro meses de reclusão em regime fechado

A Justiça de Ribeirão Bonito condenou o homem que furtou a imagem de Nossa Senhora Aparecida do Morro Bom Jesus, localizada no Centro de Ribeirão Bonito, a três anos e quatro meses de prisão em regime fechado. O crime aconteceu no dia 25 de setembro de 2013.
Com a condenação, a Justiça expediu um mandado de prisão para o Roberto Carlos Albano Faisting, de 33 anos, e na tarde desta terça-feira (12) a Polícia Civil cumpriu a ordem e conseguir prender o rapaz.
Os policiais civis, Fábio Santos e Aparecido Donizeti Galhardo, O Branco, orientados pelo delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado, realizavam diligências pela cidade quando avistaram Faisting andando pela Praça da Matriz e realizaram.
Faisting foi levado para a Delegacia de Polícia de Ribeirão Bonito e em seguida transferido para o Centro de Triagem de São Carlos.
O caso – No dia 25 de setembro de 2013 a imagem de Nossa Senhora Aparecida foi furtada da Capela do Morro Bom Jesus.
Assim que o furto foi comunicado a Polícia Civil começou a investigação para recuperar a imagem e prender o autor do crime, o que aconteceu na tarde do dia 26 de setembro de 2013.
Na ocasião, a polícia recebeu uma denúncia que a imagem poderia estar em posse de um indivíduo no Jardim Centenário e os policiais, Fábio e Branco, foram em busca do rapaz, conseguindo localizar Faisting, que de início negou ter praticado o furto e depois de muita conversa acabou revelando que a imagem da Santa estava na residência de sua irmã.
A polícia foi até a casa indicada pelo rapaz e conseguiu localizar a imagem de Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
Na data, mesmo confessando, Faisting prestou esclarecimentos e acabou liberado por não estar em situação de flagrante.
A imagem da Santa foi devolvida a um responsável da paróquia e colocada no altar da Capela do Morro Bom Jesus.
