Menor é apreendido e encaminhado ao NAI por tráfico de drogas
Adolescente é conhecido nos meios policiais e foi detido várias vezes com entorpecentes e até mesmo arma de fogo

Um adolescente, de 16 anos, foi apreendido após o Ministério Público ter pedido a custódia do menor infrator à Justiça devido o garoto estar envolvido com o tráfico de drogas na cidade de Ribeirão Bonito. Fato aconteceu nesta segunda-feira (19).
Segundo o delegado Reinaldo Lopes Machado, o menor foi detido em várias oportunidades com drogas e em uma das situações foi achada com ele uma arma de fogo. “Esse adolescente sempre foi flagrado com drogas e em uma das nossas operações achamos uma arma de fogo, sendo que ele assumiu ser dele, devido a isso foi pedida a sua custódia”, revelou.
Com o mandado de busca e apreensão, o delegado e os policiais civis Fábio Santos e Aparecido Donizeti Galhardo, o Branco, foram até a residência do adolescente, na Rua Luiz Fabri, no Jardim São Paulo, onde tiveram êxito em detê-lo.
Além de apreender o menor, durante revista na casa, os policiais localizaram 63 porções de maconha, pesando 119 gramas, e R$ 100.
Somando todas as ocorrências e mais a apreensão de hoje, o adolescente será custodiado no Núcleo de Atendimento Integrado (NAI) de São Carlos, até surgir uma vaga na Fundação Casa.
De acordo com o delegado, o cerco vai se fechar para os traficantes da cidade e também aos menores envolvidos com esse crime. “Vamos trabalhar para combater o tráfico de drogas e prender os traficantes. Quando for menor de idade, vou pedir a custódia igual fiz com esse, isso vai acontecer com mais adolescentes, apesar do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) ser bastante maleável, estamos pedindo a custódia desses menores envolvidos com o tráfico de drogas”, apontou Reinaldo.
Custódia – No dia 10 de janeiro de 2014, esse mesmo adolescente foi detido pela Polícia Militar (PM) com 54 pinos de cocaína, R$ 132 e um celular. No aparelho de telefone móvel, tinha fotos de um revólver e drogas.
A partir dessa apreensão foi que o Ministério Público pediu a custódia do menor infrator, o que resultou na prisão que aconteceu nesta segunda-feira.
