Eles pedem fiscalização da prefeitura e temem que o lugar pode servir de esconderijo para marginais

Moradores do Jardim Morumbi, em Ribeirão Bonito, reclamam do acúmulo de mato alto em um terreno localizado na Rua Vereador Agostinho Campaner, no bairro. Além de insegurança, o local tem atraído animais peçonhentos nas residências.
Com o mato alto, os animais peçonhentos começaram a aparecer e preocupa quem mora nas proximidades. “Aranhas e escorpiões aparecem com frequência nas casas, até uma cobra foi encontrada, além do surgimento constante de baratas, que tem incomodado todos os moradores”, disse uma moradora que não quer ter a identidade revelada, com medo de sofrer algum tipo de retaliação.
Outro problema constatado pelos vizinhos é a insegurança no período da noite, já que o mato está alto e chega a ultrapassar a altura do muro. “O mato está muito alto, a rua fica escura, o terreno pode se tornar local de esconderijo de marginais, que podem praticar furtos e se esconderem ali, e também traficar drogas. Para quem trabalha e quem quer sair para se divertir no período da noite tem se tornado perigoso transitar na via”, disse.
Os moradores já entraram em contato com o proprietário do terreno que não tomou nenhuma providência.
De acordo com outro morador, ele já entrou em contato com a prefeitura, mas ninguém foi até lá fiscalizar.
A prefeitura tem por OBRIGAÇÂO notificar ao proprietário e intimá-lo a limpar,murar e fazer a calçada;caso este não acate a intimação,a mesma prefeitura,tem a OBRIGAÇÃO de executar as referidas obras e lançar o débito no IPTU do contribuinte (obrigação de fazer).

Quando o proprietário é a própria prefeitura a reclamação deverá ser feita junto à Câmara Municipal,que é o órgão competente para FISCALIZAR OS ATOS E OMISSÕES DO PREFEITO!
A Câmara Municipal encaminhará Requerimento ao Prefeito que terá 15 dias para responder ou requerer mais 15 dias de prazo para apresentar uma resposta.
